Chapter 2 - Part 1: Ly Aza

I open my eyes – I woke up from something that feels like a lifetime ago – What was that? I remembered being inside of a train or something and being nothing at the same time – I thought to myself as I stared blankly at the sky

­I rub my eye – then in the left corner of my eye, I see this random person staring at me – Who is she and why is she staring at me – "Um, who are you?"

She answers – "The name's Ly, what are you doing in our territory?" Ly said.

"I'm not really sure-" – I look at the right corner of my eye, and I see this hellish dog-like creature with horns protruding out of its head, dark-yellow piercing eyes, bristling dark-red fur, with an open mouth and teeth that can probably rip me in shreds – I jumped out – "WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT?!?" – But as soon as I tried to stand up, my feet slipped, and I fell on my back.

Suddenly the dog becomes aggravated and starts to bark and growl

She suddenly jumps away from me alarmed – "He is my companion, please calm down" – She whistles – "Easy, boy"

The dog then calms down and sits while still watching Venancio's every movement

"If you say so" I said in a nervous manner – I tried to sit down on the ground properly, suddenly the interface from my lens pops up – Looking at the interface and checking every widget if it is functioning – "Huh? Last time I checked my [A.P] was [9%], why is it [10%]?"

Ly asks – "What are Ey-Pi's? And where are you staring off?"

Everything seems to be functioning, but I still don't know why my [A.P] are going up on its own – I sighed – I'm not a fan of this feature but I could get some answers from her – I went through the settings and activated an option called [Ninuu's Almanac] after clicking the option, A robot looking assistant pops up in my interface going

"Hellooo there Venny!" in a very cheerful manner and kind of over the top, "It has been a while since you've opened me, and by while I meant the moment that you got me. You immediately turned me off, what made you change your mind hmmm?" in a sulking but joking tone.

[Information: [Ninuu] is a Personal Assistant Artificial Intelligence that is similar to a dictionary and a search engine, almost all the information on Earth is available inside it, and always getting updated. You can communicate with her through your thoughts, and when it is talking to you, other people will not be able to hear it. Everything about Ninuu is made by me, her name, personality, and the way she looks, but it is different for everyone.]

Sorry about that Ninuu really, but I have a question.

"Yes-yes, I already saw it, our [A.P] is charging on its own, I have never really seen it do that before, sorry Venny I don't have the answer yet~. BUT have me around so I can observe, okay?" Ninuu said in an apologetic manner.

Alright, that is a good idea, and where are we?

"I- I am sorry Venny! I do not know the exact answer, but all I can say is that this is not earth, the atmosphere is completely different, everything seems to be familiar but unfamiliar at the same time, aside from that female human over there."

My memory is all foggy, I can't really pinpoint anything, the last thing I remember clearly was dreaming of talking to myself, but beyond that, it's pretty foggy.

"That's pretty alarming, maybe you're getting old Venny" she said in a joking manner "But, this is not a good time to talk, that lady over there is suspicious of you staring in the grass like that." Ninuu said.

Right, okay thanks Ninuu, do not switch off alright? Stay on my interface.

"Aww, you want me to stay by your side, Venny. That is new" Ninuu said in a teasing manner, while chuckling.

I look at Ly – "Sorry, I was spacing out a bit" I said while scratching my head.

"Right, but first of all, what's your name really?" Ly said in a stern tone.

Should I come up with a fake name? – "It's William" – Fuck.

Ninuu pops up – "William, really Venny?" Ninuu said while giggling.

"Wil-yam? What?" she said while stumbling to copy what I just said – "I've never heard of that name before, are you from a different tribe?"

"Yes, I am from a different tribe" Shit I hate lying but it is probably the safe thing to do right now.

"Alright" She puts her sword in It sheathe – "I still have some questions for you to answer if you would" Ly said in a calmer manner.

"I'll try to answer if I can" I said – Why is she quizzing me out, I thought to myself – Ninuu pops out – "She's cautious that's why, a random person pops out in the woods is going to raise some question you know" Ninuu said.

"Okay then" – Ly sits down on the ground like mine – "What are you really? some sort of Caster?" – Ly points at my hoodie – "That is a unique cloak for a Caster, I have never really seen one before."

"Caster?" I said to Ly.

Ly nods – "You can manipulate mana, right?"

I don't know what she is talking about, help me here Ninuu – Ninuu pops out – "Try flipping the question onto her" Ninuu said.

"Can you manipulate mana Ly?" I asked Ly.

"I can to some degree, I can only really manipulate them into Wynd, but I'm just a scout not a caster, and I'm asking you if you are one" Ly said.

So, a Caster is some sort of magic user, interesting – "I can't remember really" I said to Ly.

"Interesting, I have heard from our Elder Caster that sudden memory loss is probably caused by a spell. But! Anyway, sorry for making you feel interrogated Wilyam. I was just curious – Ly chuckles – and if you want, I can take you to our village and have you meet our Elder Caster. She can probably help you, and besides, I can't leave you here, this place is not safe" Ly said as she smiled.

"Alright" – Ninuu pops up – "Hey Venny, I suggest you ask her about that Wynd and mana manipulation thing" Ninuu said.

We both stand up at the same time

"Hey Ly, can you show me the Wynd Manipulation you told me?" I asked Ly.
