"I'm sorry!" I say before he snaps. "You better be sorry the Mayor's breathing down my neck. Do you have any idea how much it's gonna cost to fix the port?!" He turns red, causing me to flinch from his reaction.

I short pause of silence spreads across the guild. Everyone stops even Grey and Natsu, who turn to look at you and Gramps. "However..." I hear him say, causing me to open my eyes. "You did save all of those children, well down," He praises as a smile grows on my face. "Aw thanks Gramps" I say, grabbing hold of his hand. Shortly after, I take a seat at the bar next to Gramps. "So y/n, did you find anything about Hikari?" asks Mira, passing me a glass of water before she's continues drying washed cups. I take a sip of the cold water, letting out a refreshing sigh. "Yea, I got a location. It's an island not too far from here," I answer.

"That's wonderful! Too bad you won't be able to go," She says. "Why not - oh," I realize.

'The ports destroyed'

Taking a sip of water, I turn around spotting Grey and Natsu still fighting over Hikari. Without realizing, I'm smiling at Grey, tricking Natsu into looking at something and snatching Hikari away when Natsu isn't looking. Gramps looks at you seeing the genuine look of happiness on your face. "I'm glad to see you and Grey have gotten along better now that you have a child," Gramps comments, causing me to blush at his words. "Wha-" is all I can say as I hear Mira's giggle. "I'd have to agree. It's so nice to see you guys watch after Hikari. You guys are like a family," Erza joins in out of nowhere. "Where'd you come from?! Wait! It's not like that-" I say, getting up from my chair. "-Wer're just...you guys... you guys are weird!," I say in an annoyed out burst before walking off.

'Dammit, my face feels hot'

"Did we say something wrong?" Gramps turns to Mira. "Of course not, but in due time, we'll see," Erza says looking at Mira, as Gramps looks at the competitive young ladies eyeing eachother.

Walking away trying to ignore the thoughts I bump into someone not looking where I was going. Taking a step back my hand is grabbed helping me find my balance. I look to see, "Sting?!", I say in a small shock. Standing straight we give each other a smile. "I didn't know you were still here," I say surprised. "You said see you later, and it's later," He says. "R-right," I force a smile.

'I'm exhausted'

"How long are you staying?" I ask. "Not long, I'm supposed to meet Rouge in a bit. We're about to head back to the guild," he answers. "You're walking back?!" I continue making conversation. "Well yea, would you wanna ride a train", he says with an awkward smile, I take a pause. "No, no I wouldn't," I say, embarrassed.

'I forgot he was a Dragon Slayer'

"I just wanted to see you one last time before I left," he says as I walk him towards the guilds doors. "I wanted to see you too," I say, and his eyes widen. "Really," he says happily as his hopes rise. "Yea, I didn't like how I said bye to you earlier, least now I can it properly." I turn giving him a smile. "Oh" is all he let's out as his face frowns. Opening the guild doors about to exit he looks back. "Come visit me at Sabertooth soon, ok?" I give him a smile "Ok". I see him take a step forward and raise his hand towards my face. He tucks a strand of hair behind my ear and my eyes widen as his face is inches away from mine, "Till next time," he says before walking out the guild doors. My face feels hot as I turn around slapping my cheeks. "What the heck was that", I say trying to shake the feeling.

Walking back towards the hall I calm my self. "So y/n are you and Sting dating?", I crack hearing the teases from guild member. I turn slowly before continuing to walk past him, "grow up," I say sticking out my tongue. Looking back ahead I bump into someone's chest.
