Born in 1999, Yongwol, Eastern Korea, Seung grows up to follow in the footsteps of his father in honor of his mother who passed in a house fire. He is the fourth under to order the military of the Eastern Capital. Though he is part of the law, he is still willing to live out his life and getting away with crimes.
As he started to have the pressure of being the family successor, he started having anxiety which lead to chronic depression. Being at age 19, he attempted suicide but survived and lived out his life with regrets. The only time he had seen the light at the end of the tunnel was when he met with his friends and Hinata, his crush and the person who had been able to put his heart into motion in years.
Seungmin has a tsundere personality, meaning he doesn't like showing emotions and stays hard unless it's someone he likes. He also keeps his word; if he doesn't care, he doesn't care. No matter the situation, unless he was forced to. He was given the nicknam 'Kitty Cat' due to his laziness and double-sided life, being a quiet guy and an assassin at night. He also has only one or two people he would really be close to and not claw off their faces.

-Grew up, lived and still lives in the same country and town and never wants to leave
-Korean-English nationality. The English side came from his mother and his brother was born and raised in England years before he was born
-When he speaks English, a very distinct British accent can be heard
-Doesn't have any powers or abilities, but he has a good aim for any long ranged weapon. Mainly, guns and rifles. He also has an official black belt for Taekwon-Do
-Fluent in Korean and Japanese. Still learning English but has a better grasp of the language because of his mother
-Obsessed with gum. It was a replacement for his cigarette addiction
-Bisexual and Cisgender. Though, he did thought he was non-binary for a while
