Two year old Hope ran around the backyard in nothing but her pull up. She was a stubborn little girl and she was going through a stage where she despised wearing clothes. They counted themselves lucky that she left her pull up on.

Emma put a hand over her growing stomach. In just a few short months they would go from a family of three to a family of five. Emma watched as Hope pointed to the ground.

"Bug!" She said.

Emma smiled. "You're right, baby. That is a bug. That's a ladybug. Can you say ladybug?"

Hope looked up at her mother, wonder in her eyes. "Lay bug?" She asked.

Emma smiled. "Very good."

Hope looked back down at the ladybug. "Hope lay bug" She declared.

Emma laughed. "Your ladybug, huh? Come on baby. Let's go get you cleaned up. Daddy will be home soon."

That night all Hope seemed to be able to talk about was her "Lay bug."

As Emma tucked her little girl into bed that night she planted a kiss on her forehead and whispered "Goodnight, Ladybug!"
