THE POGUES FOLLOWED BEHIND GAVIN CAUTIOUSLY, TRYING THEIR HARDEST NOT TO BE SEEN BY ANYONE. They soon arrived and hid behind a fence across from the construction site where Gavin had planned to meet up with Ward. The rain was harsh and cold, Lia didn't have a hood to her cardigan and Kiara only had her headband on. The two girls getting soaked from top to bottom. Pope spied through his camera, holding it up close to his eye, "Nice camera." JJ mocked, "Where'd you dig up that relic?" When Pope didn't answer JJ rolled his eyes, "Why don't you just use your phone?" He pointed out.
Pope slowly turned to face JJ with an annoyed look, "Well, first of all, I like my antique electronics." Kiara and Aelia looked at eachother grimacing, "Second of all, this is a telephoto. It allows me to get a close image from far away."
Kie shook her head as she looked back to the construction site, "Lord of the dorks."
Pope ignored the girl and carried on, "For definitive proof of witness payoff, we're gonna need quality glass."
Lia nodded, pretending to know what he meant before coming up with another question. "What happens if water gets on it?" She raised her voice over the rain so that the boy could hear her, when Pope didn't reply Lia tilted her head "You didn't think about that one did you?"
