For starters, one circle was on the bottom left of the map in the outskirts of the city. The thin paper showed faint markings for roads and farmland surrounding the location. Studying it, you took note that it was the most secluded location by far.

Next, there was a circle far away from the first in the middle of the south side of the city. It was smack dab in the center of the bustling downtown of Sapporo. Thick lines signaled major roads cutting through the downtown.

Finally, the last circle was at the very top of the city. It looked to be surrounded by more factories and railways than shops and homes. Taking a closer look, this circle was distinctly closer to the first circle than the second.

Turning your attention back to a now standing Tsurumi, you watched him point to the bottom left of the triangle, "This marking represents the old sawmill on the outskirts of town. Info tells us illegal production of opioids may be taking place here. Due to its seclusion this information is highly likely."

Tsurumi placed both hands down on the table, "Nevertheless, we are unsure if Zenjiro will be overseeing any production or be present at all. However, as a precaution, we will have a group of men stationed to watch and investigate the building."

Tsurumi scanned his eyes over the men beside you, "The group will include Sergeant Tsukishima, Superior Private Usami, Superior Private Ogata, and an arsenal of five soldiers."

looking over to the said men, you took in their reactions. Ogata's and Tsukishima's faces remained unmoved at Tsurumi's plan. Their rational personalities winning over any objections. In comparison, Usami's face held a mix of disappointment and agitation. Though, if he had protests he kept quiet.

You focused back on Tsurumi when he placed a hand on the bottom right circle and hummed, "This is another one of Zenjiro's suspected properties, a tea shop in the south side of town. There is some suspicion that Zenjiro hosts most of his hidden business gatherings here. However, we have little evidence to fully support this claim."

His finger slowly circled the red mark, "As a result only Corporal Tamai along with three other soldiers will stake out the shop."

Abruptly, Tsurumi's face lit up with a wide grin as he slowly traced his finger to the top of the triangle, "Here is the steel factory. This is the most expected location for Zenjiro's primary hideout. The factory may be hiding the extended wealth Zenjiro has collected as well as documentation of business with clients."

You shrunk back at Tsurumi's wild expression, "Here there is more than enough evidence to find out who Agency Zero is and what they plan to accomplish."

"Myself, Second Lieutenant Koito..." Tsurumi's eyes flashed with amusement as they found you, "And Private 1st Class Miyazaki will investigate."

You gulped at his intense gaze, feeling exposed to his watchful stare. Just as quickly as they turned to you they vanished.

"The train will unload in about one hour for normal passengers. As restless as the division may be, we'll have to wait at least two more hours on the train for daylight to decrease. The less sightings of our division the better."

Tsurumi pulled back from the map and clasped his hands behind his back, "Zenjiro is a clever man, he'll hightail it as soon as he realizes something's amiss. We'll have to surprise him in order to keep him in the city."

A soft cough made you quickly turn your gaze to Tsukishima, "How will transportation be handled?"

You nodded your head in affirmation with his question. How would they manage to sneak the entire 7th division into the city? Moreover, across such long distances?
