Two courts at the brink of war. Day and Night. One boarding school college to teach the art of war. Both reside on the large island of Dawn. The two courts had been at war for centuries but have been at "peace" for ten years now. However, tensions are still high between the two. When the peace treaty was drawn ten years ago the ruler of night and the ruler of day agreed that they would remain in their respective territory's unless invited. They also agreed that the children of night and day would get their education in their own courts until they turn eighteen. That's when they have to go to the same college located right in the middle of the two territory lines. This was an attempt to have the younger generations to mingle between courts in an attempt to have peace remain. The college is not like any other though, considering some of the classes are Military Strategy, Warrior Training and Survival 101. The night court resides on the north side of the island. On the night court side of the island it's snowy and mountainous and is home to the ruling Obsidian family. Princess Kennedy Obsidian the soon to be crowned queen of night will be turning eighteen soon. Meaning she will have to go to the college in the upcoming year. On the other side of the island we have the Court of Day. This court resides in what looks to be a sunny beach town. Here the ruling family are the Sunfire's . There soon to be crowned prince is also turning eighteen. His name is Nathan Sunfire and he cannot wait to escape his life at the day court and get to the college.
