Chapter 19 😸

Suddenly, the boy moved. He was about to fall but fortunately, Jungkook had the good reflex to kneel and catch him at tge right time.

JK: Aish..

Taehyung, surprisingly didn't wake up by this.. He just turned his head and burried his face in Jungkook 's chest.

The older boy didn't move for a moment. He was scared to wake Tae up. So he looked down at him and stared at his sleepy face. Taehyung was the cutest ever when he was sleeping.. He looked so peaceful.

He smiled and examined his face carefully.. He never noticed Tae's long eyelashes and pinky fluffy lips.. He actually looked like a doll  and that was fascinating. He had an ethereal beauty..with his rosy cheeks and white hair.. He had a fair and soft skin. He seemed fragile and it made him want to protect him at all cost.

As his eyes were stuck on the boy, he felt him shaking.. He must have been cold. So he sighe, and didn't waste time. He brought him to the bed and lied him.

Then, he went next to him, lifted the blankets on them and pulled him in his tight embrace.

Taehyung smiled in his sleep feeling finally better. That was warm and comfortable.

JK: You were so stubborn earlier. Shhh.

He giggled and closed his eyes. He fell asleep hugging Taehyung.

The next day..

Taehyung woke up first that day. He felt good and had a good sleep as he wished. He was a bit confused.. He looked up and found Jungkook. He was still in his arms..

His eyes widen.

Tae: What happened ?? Did he..

JK: I carried you here. Jungkook said all of the sudden making him flinch our of surprise.

Tae: I thought you were asleep.

Jk: I was but you woke me up. And I felt your insistant gaze on me.

Tae: Oh. Sorry. He said as he tried to free himself but jungkook held him even tighter.

Taehyung gasped.

JK: Just ten  more minutes.. I still want to sleep a bit before work.

Tae: But..

JK: Please. He said with a soft voice that Taehyung couldn't refuse.

Tae: Okay..

JK: Mmm.

Tae smiled softly and closed his eyes once again. Why not after all? 

JK: Don't sleep on the sofa.

Tae: Ah?

Jk: It's  winter. You will get cold. Here at least we can warm each other.

Taehyung 's cheeks flushed.

Tae: I..

Jk: That's an order from your owner. You don't get to choose.

Taehyung left a small chuckle. Jungkook opened one of his eyes and looked at him. He was adorable.

JK: By the way.

Tae: Mhm?

JK: You are very cute today. Eoteokke?

Taehyung just looked at him with doe, innocent eyes as always. Jungkook liked that look of him. It made him want to bite his cheeks.

Tae giggled and tapped his chest. Then he sat down and rubbed his eyes.

Tae: We have work today. We should hurry.

JK: When did you become so serious?

Tae: Because one of us has to be serious.

JK: I have always been the serious one.

Tae: Well. You are not doing it well those days.

JK: Waaa. You really grew up in no time. All of the sudden.

Tae: ( I had to force myself because of you..)  He thought.

It's that "love" that be knew was going to be unfulfilled that changed him. And that was sad actually. Because he wanted to preserve himself and prevent himself from a heartbreak. That's why he was being cautious.

He stood up, wore his slippers and went to the bathroom.

Jungkook looked at him until he left his sight and sighed. 

They ate the breakfast in silence and went to work immediately. That was getting very cold outside.

JK: Brrrr.

Tae: Hi people.

IU: Hi there!  Is it colder than the other day?

Tae: Yes. I think so.

JK: Are there customers already?

- Not yet. I mean, look at the weather.

Tae: Aish..

They changed into their uniforms and began to get ready for the customers.

Tae was making coffee when he heard Ji eun screaming.

Tae: Ah? 

JK: What's wrong??

IU: Guys!  It's snowing!

Tae: Snow?

They all smiled widely. Taehyung joined them in the hall and saw the white snow falling from the sky.. He got mesmerized a moment. That was the first snowfall he ever witnessed.

Jungkook turned to him with a smile and went to get his jacket.

JK: Here.

Tae: Ah?  Why?

JK: Let's go out for a minute.

Taehyung was a bit confused but wore his warm clothes and got out with Jungkook.

He raised his head and felt a cold snowflake falling on his nose. He chuckled. That was fun.

Jungkook looked at him fondly. For a moment, he saw Tan back, the goofy, cheerfull and naive but adorable one. That moved him a bit.

Tae: Waaaa.

JK: This is the first snowfall of the year.

Tae: Hihi. That's beautiful!  Look! He said jumping out of excitement. He looked like a kid. That was nice to see.

Jungkook smiled and suddenly pulled him in a hug. Everyone was a bit surprised inside.

As Taehyung too.

Tae: Mhm?

JK: I am happy I saw it with you. He said with a soft voice.

Taehyung smiled and hugged back.

Tae: Me too..
