Lydia walks in on a conversation with Oliver and Isabel and Isabel says, "You were suppose to sign this report at last night's board, meeting? You know why you didn't?" Oliver says, "Probably because I didn't attend the board meeting." Isabel says, "Where were you?" Oliver says, "I have other interests outside of this company." Isabel says, "I don't." Lydia knocks on the door and says, "Mr. Queen." Oliver holds his finger up to signal one second and Isabel says, "I thought you were serious when you said we were partners." Oliver says, "Isabel, I missed one meeting." Isabel says, "This week. Last week, it was two meetings." Lydia says, "Mr. Queen." Oliver holds his finger up again and Oliver says, "Companywide revenue is at double digits since you and I took over." Lydia says, "Oliver!" Oliver looks at Lydia and says, "Yes?" Isabel turns to Lydia, annoyed, and Lydia says, "I'm sorry to interrupt, but I need to talk to you about your plans for this evening with Mr. Harper?" Isabel looks at Oliver and says, "You'll have to excuse me." Isabel says, "We have work to do. It's important." Oliver says, "So, are my evening plans. I'm sorry." Oliver walks out the room with Lydia and says, "We are going to have to work on your excuses." Lydia says, "Yeah." Later, Lydia's in the bunker with Oliver looking at the news and a witness says, "The potentially catastrophic risk of turning on this machine far outweigh any scientific gain that might come from it. The people need to understand just how dangerous technology like this is. And the very real possibility of a cataclysmic event." Diggle walks in and Oliver looks at him and says, "Where'd you go? Is everything okay?" Diggle says, "Yeah. Just need a few personal days." Oliver says, "What's going on?" Diggle says, "Have to help a friend." Oliver says, "Who?" Diggle says, "Lyla Michaels." Lydia leans toward Oliver and says, "It's his spy girlfriend that works for ARGUS." Diggle says, "She went to Russia looking for Deadshot... for me. And now she's missing." Oliver nods and says, "Lydia, I think it's time we visited our Queen Consolidated subsidiary in Moscow." Lydia softly says, "Yeah." Diggle says, "Oliver, what are you doing?" Oliver says, "Just need to help a friend." Diggle says, "I can't ask you to do that." Oliver says, "You didn't." Diggle smiles and Oliver smiles back.
