"Understand what" Hikari continues to ask as I place her down infront of me. My face saddens facing the confused child. I open my mouth begging to speak.

"Sorry but we're not here to leave the kid in the orphanage" Grey speaks up instead taking a step foward breaking the silence I look up at him.

"I'm confused why are you here then if not to leave this child" Sister May looks confused. "We wanted to know if you are in contact with other orphanages in different towns hoping to see if one might have record of her" He continues.

"We are in contact through an organization, we keep track of all children that have lost their way. Let me check to see if she's written down" she pulls out a thick book from a drawer dropping it on the desk beginning to flip through the pages.

"Now what's the child's name" she asks. "Hikari" I finally speak. She flips through the pages going down rows of multiple children's names. "Last name" she asks again."That we don't know" I say causing her to stop looking up from the book.

"Since she has no memory, I tried using my magic to look through her mind but I couldn't find a lot of images to go off on." I say tucking stands of hair behind Hikari's ear before looking back at her.

"I'm sorry" She takes a breath. "But there is no Hikari in the newer pages of the book. See, looking at her age and flipping through the years of when she could possibly be written in, she isn't found" Sister explains in a sigh.

"I see", I say in a relief with a smile in the corner of my lips. "You sound happy" Grey points out and I look away.

"No! I- wait a minute who's talking to you" I get defensive standing straight facing him. "Just admit it you're already attached to Hikari aren't you" he teases. I blush from being called out.

"Y-yea so what...you are too!, actually used your annoying voice for a good cause for once" I begin to argue still red. "Annoying voice, really seaweed" he continues to tease crossing his arm.

"Jerk" I say grabbing his shirt as he looks away with a smirk. "You're smiling!" We stop turning to look at Hikari looking at Sister May who has a grin on her face.

She clears her throat as a blush forms on her cheeks. "You smiled, did my mommy and daddy make you happy" Hikari runs up to the desk. I let go of Grey facing foward.

"It seems you both care for this child" Sister May begins as I smile at her words. "I'm sorry I couldn't help you more". She apologizes going back to her sad face she had before. "It's alright really, least now we know she might still have a family and might've just been lost" I give her a smile.

Suddenly the doors of the room were pushed open. "SISTER SISTER, HANA AND THE TWINS WERE TAKEN" a child barges in covered in sweat dropping to the ground panting causing Sister May to shoot up from her desk.

She runs toward him with a worried face, "Breathe Kai where are Hana and the twins" she kneels grabbing his arms. "We were playing and these big scary guys came and grabbed them taking them away I-I was scared so I ran away I'm sorry!" He says beginning to cry.

I step foward, "Where were you when this happened"?

"Who are you" the kid sniffs. "Someone who can help, now I need you to tell me where you were" I say kneeling down next to Sister May.

Running through the town following the child we make it to the port. "There, that's the boat they were taken into" the kid says in a pant.

'Why does it have to be a boat'

My face wrinkles up looking at the form of transportation. I then hear Hikari whimper. I turn to see her frighten gripping onto Grey like she did to me in the morning.
