Don't push the button on the time travel machine and go back into your past to remind yourself of the mistakes you made. That machine is your mind, the most powerful part of the body.
When Jesus went on the cross he died so that your sins may be forgiven and who the son set free is free indeed and when you have sinned and have asked forgiveness and it is granted. Your sins will be forgotten by God.

-Whatever happened to you
-Whatever you said
It's all happened in the past. Forgive yourself, don't beat up yourself, you're washed in the blood of the lamb and you are forgiven. If the prince of peace and the everlasting father, Jesus forgives you, why not move on. It can become a blockage from reaching your fullest potential in Christ and with others.
Let it go and Let God.
Whisper this little prayer if you are hurting: Lord Jesus as I come to you, I thank you for dying for my sins oh Lord and I know that you have forgiven me. I place my hands in yours Lord to help me whenever the enemy reminds of my past you reminds me that I'm an overcome in Jesus name amen.
