"Grey, my darling!" I turn away same as him looking at Juvia run up. I begin to walk away with the child in hand, trying not to cause confusion like last time. What you didn't realize was Grey bringing his hand up reaching for yours. In the end, he froze bringing it back down.

"What is it, Juvia?" he said, closing his eyes and looking away. "W-well, I just thought since you haven't eaten, w-we should go out to dinner," she says, swaying in a blush.

"H-hikari-," I say after the kid wiggles out of my grasp as I crouch a bit so she doesn't fall, hitting the ground rough. She runs past me as I quickly turn. "Daddy belongs to my mommy," she says, grabbing Grey's hand and pulling him towards me.

I looked shocked, seeing him follow her. i stepped back. But she grabs my hand as well. "I'm hungry again, mommy," she says, beginning to walk towards the guild with us in hand. "W-wait," I let out, causing her to pause. "Why don't you go inside first? I'll catch up ok" I say with a smile, pulling my hand away.

She agrees as she walks away with Grey. I turn back to look at Juvia, still facing the spot where Grey once stood. "Juvia..." I take a breath."The things being said are from a child's mouth. So please, don't take it to heart we-" I'm interrupted. "Of course," she says cheery, too cheery.

"But if the words being said are mindless things from a child," she walks closer to me. "-you won't mind telling her to refer to me as her mother instead?" she suggests in a smile.

I take a step back "but you're not her real mom, I'm not her real mom she's just calling us what she feels comfortable calling us." I say taken a back from her request.

"I can't do that, I'm sorry Juvia," I say, fixing my tone, looking at her in all seriousness. She laughs it off as a joke before running back to the guild. I let out a sign.

"That was intense." I look next to me. "Tell me about it," I say, stretching as Rio moves back a bit to not be hit.

"Why do you let the kid call you mom? You're not exactly...you know" he starts. "Yea, I know." I scoff. "Still she reminds me of me, and Mizu took me in when I had nothing." I smile in a distance. "Plus, isn't she cute when she clings to you?" I say, turning to him.

He laughs in agreement. Before flying next to me as I walk back to the guild. Entering seeing Hikari being held by Grey, he walks up to me with her in arms.

"Mira sold the last plate of food to you're piro of a brother," he says. "Watch what you say, you icy per-" I start till he clears his throat.

I look down to see big eyes staring at me, and I stutter, "per-per, I mean you icy f-friend y-you." I force it out before nicely punching his shoulder.

'Kill me now.'

I turn in embarrassment.

He smirks at your reaction.

A growl from my stomach makes me recover. "I guess since there's no food I could whip something up," I mumble to myself. "You're gonna make food!" Natsu says in a distance, sitting at a table with Lucy looking up with food still in his mouth. "None for you." I turn my head away after looking at him. "Aw, come on y/n," he whines after swallowing his food.

Walking into the bar, i look in all cabinets, but to my surprise, it's almost completely empty.
I gloom in silence and then turn to see some flour. I smile, and then a recipe comes to mind.

I put on an apron that was hung and put my hair up in a ponytail as the short strands fall to my face, i tuck them behind my ear. Till in the corner of my eye, I see that icy perv staring. I turn to him, "What?" I ask in an attitude.

"Nothing," he says in annoyance, turning away.

'Whats his problem?'

I get irritated, but forget about it by grabing other ingredients i saw around.
