"Can you promise you won't kill me?" Merlin asked as tears started falling from his cheeks. "Yes, Merlin. Why would I kill you?" Arthur asks concerned. "I have magic, but I promise I've never used for evil." Merlin says as he starts balling trying to hide it. "Hey, hey. It's okay. While we're on the topic of confession, I love you Merlin, I've loved for years." Arthur comforts him as he hugs Merlin close to him. Merlin begins to start calming down. "I love you to, Arthur. Despite you being a clotpole sometimes." Merlin says a little jokingly as he's calming down. "Can we get married since we've clearly loved each other for so long?" "Yes darling, we can." Arthur responds sweetly and tired. "We should probably go to sleep now and head back in the morning." Merlin says noticing Arthur's tired. Then they fall asleep in each others arms.
