Chapter 15 😺

They went back to the hotel. Once they crossed the entry, all the eyes lied on them.

JM: Oh!  They are here!

Jungkook turned around crossing his arms. He licked his lips and sighed.

JK: Let's go. I'm hungry. He said walking away. For some reasons, he seemed bothered or upset about something.

Taehyung followed him by the eyes and parted his lips.

Tae: What with him?

Jimin linked their arms and smiled.

JM: Good morning.

Tae: Good morning. Taehyung replied with a giggle.

JM: Haha. Where were you guys?

Taehyung showed his boxy smile and began to narrate his friend his morning. Excitement wad heard in his voice all along.

They arrived at a restaurant a while after and took seats around the table. Taehyung glanced at Jungkook and pouted sadly. He didn't utter a word from the hotel to the place they were.

Kai: Hah.. I  am still sleepy.. Kai complained crossing his legs.

EW: You slept all morning. I think it's enough.

JM: Hahaha.

YG: We all were in the room this morning. Except Jungkook and Taehyung?

Tae: Mhm?  I don't really...

JM: Where were you?

Taehyung though a moment and took a sip of his drink.

Tae: We had a roll in the hay. He said calmly.

...........silence............

Kai coughed loudly while the others almost chocked out of shock.

Ch: You what??

Jungkook drank his beer and held his laugh.

Tae: What?  We played.

Jimin 's eyes widened as he turned to Jungkook.

JM: You.. What did you..

JK: Don't look at me like that. I did nothing. Haha! 

Kai: Well, our innocent Taetae is gone for real. Waa. I can't process it yet.

Tae: Ah?

HS: Shhh. Stop guys. That's their personal matters. Right kook?

Jungkook raised his eyebrows and smiled amused.

Some hours after...

That was finally time for them to join the restaurant where Changmin booked a table. They would eat dinner there and go to the club waiting for midnight to come, His birthday.

They all were dressed beautifully. In fancy clothes, well groomed hair. They looked expensive.

They finished eating around 10 p.m and immediately went to the famous club.

JK: It's almost time.

Tae: Why midnight?

JM: This is the beggining of his day. Hahaha.

Tae: Ohhh. I see.

JK: Don't move. I'm gonna take us some drinks.

JM: No alcohol for me though.

JK: Okay sir.

The evening was perfect.

The group of friends had a lot of fun dancing and spending time with each other.

And when midnight arrived, Changmin must have felt like the luckiest boy ever. Surrounded by the most important people in his life.

They greeted him an happy birthday and hugged him, gave him his gifts that they hid well until then.

Tae was fascinated.

That was the first birthday party he has ever attended. At least for a grown up man. Lili's was pretty different.

He smiled widely all along.

They had more fun after that.. Until our cat protagonist finally got tired.

Jungkook noticed it and walked to him.

JK: what's wrong?

Tae: I am tired..

They looked towards the dancefloor. The others were still dancing happily.

JK: Do you want to go for a walk?  Getting out of here a moment.

Tae raised his eyes at him and nodded gently.

JK: Alright. Hold my hand.

Tae held him and they walked out of the place. That was night but seemed like the town was not sleeping.

Jungkook took him to the beach. There were beautiful lights lightening their path on the sand.

Taehyung closed his eyes and sat down.

Tae: Waaa. Refreshing..

JK: Yeah..

There was a long silence before Jungkook spoke.

JK: So?  How did you find this second birthday party?

Tae: Mmm. I love it. That is a beautiful tradition that you have here. Haha.

JK: Yeah. Hahaha.

Tae: I wish I had a birthday party too. He said looking ahead him.

Jungkook stared at his profile and looked away.

JK: Can you wait here a moment?

Tae: Where are you going?

JK: I'll be right back. He said as he walked away. Taehyung sighed and lied on the sand.

The boy came back a while after holding something. Taehyung looked at him confused.

Tae: ah?

JK: Happy birthday. He said softly showing the cupcake.

Tae: ......

He lighten the one canddle on it and smiled softly.
Taehyung teared up slowly and giggled.

JK: Let's say today is your birthday. And I promise next year  I will make a huge party for you.. For now, that's all I can give.

Taehyung 's tears began to scroll down his cheeks slowly and he looked at Jungkook.

JK: What are you waiting for?  Make a wish and blow on it.

Tae: .....

JK: mmm.

Taehyung sniffed and closed his eyes a second. Then  he blew on it.

JK: Yeeee. Happy birthday to you~ He began to sing.

Taehyung stared at him heart overwhelmed of emotions.

Jungkook put the cupcake down and pulled Taehyung  in a hug. He kissed his forehead and caressed his  cheeks softly.

That was a beautiful moment that Tae would never forget.

Actually the both of them.

The place ,the sea in the background. Their hearbeats and the happiness they felt at that very moment...
