-The users can restore biotic organisms to their optimal health, curing damaged or withered organisms, wounds, broken bones, low vitality.

-This will all be hindered, however, by a healer's knowledge. And since these characters rely more on magic, I assume science has been a slower development than it might have been, so not everything can be healed.

-An example would be diseases/poisoning. The healer would have to know what causes the disease to inflict the ailments it does, and know exactly what poison has been used on their patient so they can heal them.

-More common flues or diseases will be well documented or simple enough for healers to recognize by simple training or application of their magic when looking over the patient.

-Also healers could most certainly double as lie detectors if trained to note the bodily changes brought on by the act.

-Haru is a well decorated healer and veteran in his field, specializing in cardiology or whatever passes for it in this world.

-Mental illness has also long since been another subject of interest for him.

°Aerokinesis°

-Wind is the natural movement of air, so those who possess this ability are in fact manipulating air. However, I am going to assume the word 'wind' was used to indicate Dawn courtiers do not have a finer tuned control over said element. Which is reasonable, seeing as if they had control over air on a molecular level, this power would be utterly devastating.

-Wind occurs because of horizontal and vertical differences in atmospheric pressure (caused by the sun but let's not go into detail), and include breezes, squalls, gusts, whirlwinds, zephyrs, gales, tempests, and hurricanes.

-(of course Haru will not not be able to make tempests or hurricanes, maybe whirlwinds at most).

-So let's say Dawn courtiers can at very least control air pressure to a certain degree, since that is what it takes to create wind.

-This is still very useful, you could say, pick up some skipping stones and shoot them at people with the same force and speed of a bullet by building up air pressure and then releasing it.
