Inko Midoriya is the most 2nd Villain because of how she leads her family but something happened to make her family on the run and it was because of Izumi so their left UK just to go to Japan because of her daughter (u will fine out later), she will be teaching in a school and Izumi told their family not to their powers outside their house and she is angry at her daughter making her family on the run.
