Ellie's P.O.V.
Lily and Callie keep pushing me away, like they don't care. Today is my only shot at being friends with them. I can't blow it, I just can't.
It's not fair.
Lily and Callie get ALL the attention, while I'm just treated like a shadow.
It's not fair.
No one understands what being friends with them would mean.
No one!
They just don't care, now I'm alone, sitting on the dirty floor of a gross bathroom, crying my eyes out.
It's not fair.
The door to the bathroom opens, and my sister, Myra enters.
"Ellie."
"Yeah?"
"What's wrong?"
"You wouldn't care, as usual."
"I do care, truthfully, I do!"
"Fine!"
I confess to Myra my secret longing to be friends with Lily and Callie.
"Ellie, honestly, you're being a big baby."
"No I'm NOT! MYRA, YOU ARE BEING A BIG BABY!!"
Myra leans in for a hug, but I push her away.
"GO AWAY! I DON'T WANT YOU! GO! NOW! YOU DON'T EVEN CARE, I NEVER WANTED TO BE YOU LITTLE SISTER, I WISH THAT YOU WOULD GO AWAY! FOREVER!" I scream.
Myra storms out of the bathroom.
I still sit on the grimy floor, thinking what to do next.
I don't know.
I don't know.
I don't know.
