ROD's POV
Pagkatapos ng Oath-taking ay sumaglit muna ako sa kwarto ko at may kinuha at bumalik agad sa dinner hall. As I was walking down the hall I heard my daughter's voice so I checked if it was really her.
" Congratulations again Senator and Ferra said she loves you too " she said
When I went to the Portrait Hall ( forda char ang tawag sa Hall HAHA ) I saw my daughter walking away from Imee, Irene and Michael.
" Ate sinabi mo ba? What were you thinking? Ano na lang sasabihin niya, na hindi lang pala si Kitty yung anak ng tatay niya sa iba, pati sayo may kapatid siya? Ate naman " Irene worriedly confront Imee as soon as Elliez was gone.
" Mommy, are you okay? How did she react? " it was Michael and he hugged imee.
" Calm down will you " Imee said and hold their hands " wala akong sinabi okay? She was here while I was talking to Daddy's portrait and narinig nyang binanggit ko si Ferra and she asked who's Ferra pero di ko sya nasagot " Imee continued.
" Pero anong ibig sabihin ng sinabi niya kanina? Baka may sinabi ka pa na narinig nya at nalaman niya? " Irene asked again.
" Kalma, wala nga siyang alam and why would I even tell her kung ayaw ko din malaman ni Rod yung totoo" Imee assured them and they just hugged her.
As I saw they were about to go, I speak up behind them
" Ano yung dapat di ko malaman Senator Marcos? " I asked, looking intently to Imee's eyes.
I saw how shocked she is right now by looking in her eyes but she managed to smile.
" Ahh, President ano kasi --- " she started.
" Rod. Call me Rod, para namang di tayo magkaibigan HAHA " I said trying to lessen the tension.
" Hehe nakakahiya naman at nasa Malacañang tayo Mr. President " she shyly said and looked down.
"Sige! Pero pag nasa labas tayo call me Rod instead, ayoko ko kasing tinatawag akong Presidente, ang baduy masyado feeling entitled HAHA " I gave in. " Pero ano nga yung sinabi mong di mo gustong malaman ko?" I asked her again.
She looked back to her sister Irene and to her son Michael.
" Ahmm Ate, una na muna kami. Sunod ka na lang agad, Mommy Meldy's looking for you na eh " Imee was eyeing her, asking her not to go " Sige po una na po kami Mr. President " at umalis na nga sila.
" Kasi President ano, kanina pa po ba kayo dyan? " Imee asked.
Kanina pa pero ayokong sabihin, narinig ko lahat ng sinabi ni Irene pero gusto kong marinig mismo sa bibig niya yung totoo.
" Ahh di naman masyado, narinig ko lang na may hindi ka gustong sabihin sakin? Ano ba yun?" I pretended.
Nakita ko namang huminga siya ng malalim and looked back at me.
" Ahm, kasi po President ano, ahh what I meant was about the surprise" she lied.
Surprise? Ano namang connect yung sinabi ni Irene sa surprise Imee? Magdadahilan ka na nga lang di mo pa inayos.
