- Arashi can manipulate lightning at will, the lightning is light blue and makes Arashi's eyes glow light blue.
Arashi can teleport from any distance, summon lightning from his hands, absorb electricity and lightning dust for more power.
When super charged, his electricity turns red and make his eyes red as well.
