she grabbed the first dart, reeled her arm back, and threw it as hard as she could at one of the balloons.
to her surprise, it actually popped.
"HA suck it rin," she grinned.
i raised my eyebrows at her and decided to show her up.
i threw a dart and popped the balloon that was next to hers.
"anything else you wanna say?" i smirked.
she glared at me and threw another one at the last balloon.
it didn't pop.
"rigged," she said.
i chuckled and asked her if she needed me to pop it.
"please, i can do it," she scoffed.
"if you say so. two chances left ya know. don't screw it up."
"stfu."
i smiled as she chucked another dart.
didn't pop this time either.
"shut up i can literally hear your smirk," she huffed.
"if you don't get this then you don't get a prize," i reminded her.
"fine you freaking do it then," she said in exasperation.
i popped the balloon.
the operator congratulated us and asked which stuffed animal we wanted.
i turned to see what she wanted and she pointed at the big duck on the wall.
"we'll take the duck please," i told the man.
