Khushi's ready for her performance, clutching her heart as her heart beats raced on a marathon.

"Don't be so nervous, Khushi. You'll win!" she attempted calming herself down, only if it didn't go in vain.

For entered her Nemesis.

She saw him standing at the door, from the mirror rear.

"Why did he come now?" she mumbles, her voice as soft as wings.

"Whatever it is, Khushi! Don't forget it's you who's gonna win," she made her words explicit.

Only to halt in her place.

She can feel his breath on her neck. He stood behind her.

"Remember the challenge?" he husked in his oh-so-husky voice.

Khushi turns towards him, confidence evident in her posture. A few minutes of self-comfort had bestowed her the need.

"I do remember, Mr. Raizada! And I'm gonna win." Her voice isn't as smooth as wings anymore.

"We will see!" he smirks.

They had a challenge. Arnav wanted to dance with her and Khushi had to deny it. She chose NK and that didn't go well with Arnav. His Khushi denied him, for someone other than him.

"Jo tum kahogi, vo hum karenge!" — Khushi and Arnav had respectively challenged each other.

"We will see!" Khushi glares at him.

The fault was his and he dared to challenge her.

Arnav walks out with a smirk intact on his face.

"Thank you, Devimayya!" she thanked the divine for not getting nervous in front of him.

Only for her smile to disappear a second later.

Arnav walks back into the room, walking towards her and Khushi had to step back until she dashed into the Mirror.

"This suits you better!" he threw a half-smile at her as he removes the clip from her hair.

Her hair, a waterfall now!

Khushi looks at him wide-eyed as he walks out. She huffs in relief.

It's time for the performance, and Khushi is waiting for NK.

NK on the other hand had to utter, "What the!"

"Hey, Devimayya! Where's this NK?" She is tensed.
