We drove down
that stupid fucking road again
I have avoided it
since the day you took
what you wanted from me
back in 2019
I avoided it, so I wouldn't
have to relive the feeling
that you left inside my chest
that awful dull feeling I felt as I drove
down that stupid fucking road
The way I felt it in my bones
as I tried to find my way back home
But today, I decided
it was time to take back
what you took
and faced the feeling
that I have avoided
It was time to face you,
for what you really are
After all,
it is just a stupid fucking road
