Let Anubis be the one
Whose judgment said it shall be done.
That my heart will beat once more.
And fly on wings forevermore.
Let him judge my affection,
And help me to find the right direction
To weight my heart upon his scale
so that my fondness may not seem pale.
Anubis, how light my heart seems!
Dancing once more in but a dream.
Anubis, let me not judge love and affection
So harsh as a trifling wrong direction.
May judgement be mercy on me,
For I am frightened to be
Lost again in the crushing seas.
a foolish longing fills me with unease.
Anubis, judge me not as a fool.
