Leg Day (lemon/fluff)

Start from the beginning
                                    

"Oh you're fine."

He takes me to a pair of mats on the floor and sits on one, patting the other.

"Go ahead and sit over here on this one. We're gonna do some stretches first."

I go over to the mat he told me to go to and sit down and look at him.

"So, what stretch first, Y/N?"

A moment passed and he nodded.

"How about just some basic butterflies first?"

Y/N POV:

Oh my God he's so strong.

We just finished stretches and are heading over to the leg press to start. He did everything perfectly. I'm not sure what he'd need me for. He knows what he's doing.

"Okay, so do you know your current max on the leg press, C/N?"

"No I do not. It's been too long."

"Alright. Want to figure it out?"

"Sure, we can do that."

He sits on the seat and waits for a second.

"Something wrong, C/N?"

"I just realized I don't remember how to use a leg press at all."

Oh, that makes sense for his confusion.

"Here, I'll show you if you'd like."

He gets up and moves for me to sit down, and I sit where he was.

"Alright, so, I first pick a weight on this. "

I move the peg to 250, my normal pressing weight, and start pushing.

"Okay, so this is what I normally do reps with. I do this 12 times and call that one set."

I do one set and stop.

"After that, I drink some water and do another set, until I'm done with the amount of sets I intend to do."

I get up and move from the seat.

"Your turn, C/N."

He seems a bit distracted, and he's still looking at me. Not exactly me, but rather my legs.

"You okay, C/N?"

C/N POV:

Holy. Shit.

He's so strong. No wonder his legs are so big. He's been working those out for probably a few years.

I wonder what it would feel like if his thighs were around my—

Wait stop it. Not now.

I shake my head slightly and he's already in front of me. I hear him talking.

"Hello? You there C/N?"

I look at him.

"Sorry about that, got distracted. Where do I start?"

He takes me to the leg press and starts me off at 100 pounds. I give it a push, and it's pretty easy. He seems happy about that.

"Good, good. Now let's try 110?"

I put it at 110 and it's a bit harder, but still generally easy.

"Okay and 125?"

I try 125 and it's a bit harder. I decide to speak up about it.

"Uh Y/N? I think I might be getting close."

He seems to zone out.

"Y/N? You there?"
