"You could've have died!" Steve scolded

"No I couldn't have"

"Yes you could have"

"No"

"Yes"

"I know my limits"

"Clearly you don't"

"Steve"

"Yes?"

"Now is not the time to be fighting about this"

"You're right, let's go"

We split off hiding behind two generators opposite each other. We looked at each other, gun in my hand a shield in his. We nodded at each other then we both turned and attacked, Steve took out the two guys in front of us with his shield while I took out the sniper on top.

"Widow what's your situation" Steve said into his com

"Give me a second" I heard the distant grunts of men who just got the shit beat out of them.

"How's cobra?" She asked Steve shot a glance my way

"I suppose she's okay"

"Put her on"

"But-"

"Just put her on Steve."

He handed me his com because I didn't have one, I guess I wasn't trusted enough for one.

"Heard you wanted to speak to me" I said as I put the com in my ear

"I need you to do something for me"

"What's the mission?"

"Go into the engine room where they're keeping the hostages and free them and send them to the top deck, I'll be waiting there for them to take them to the hellicarrier. Drive out the hijackers and then let Steve capture them right outside the door. Can you do that?" She said breathing heavily

"Of course"

"Okay give the com back to Steve"

I handed the com back to Steve and then his face suddenly changed.

"No! I'm not doing that"

"Yes you are" her muffled voice drifted to my ears

"No-"

"Yes you are Steve" he huffed "she's ready"

He looked at me and nodded "go I'm right behind you."

We made it down to the engine room and Steve positioned himself on the side of the wall where they'd run. I tried the door and it was locked. I put the gun in the holster and rubbed my hands together.

I took a deep breath and pressed them against the door where the lock was placed on the other side. I felt the fire come to life underneath my palms, I directed the heat towards the door and I felt it melting under the heat. A second later the lock fell out and I kicked the door open.

I pulled my gun out on them, I shot them in their legs and they ran out right towards Steve. I freed the hostages an sent them to the top deck to Natasha.

I turned the corner and Steve had them pinned.

"This what shield sends" one said to the other and they joined each other in laugh.

"One more word and a bullets going in your head" I spat pointing my gun at him

He looked me up and down "you don't have the guts"

A smirk creeped onto my face, BANG, I pulled the trigger. There was a hole right between his eyebrows and he fell to the ground.

The other one took off out of fear "I get him cap" I said running after him, cap after me.

I chased him to the top deck and I pinned him in a corner, I pointed my gun and pulled the trigger. No bullets.

The guy pulled out a dagger and we stared at each other seeing which one was going to move first

"Do not engage! I repeat do not engage!" Cap yelled

I shot fire balls at him , they went through the ship and water began to fill the lower decks

I gave him an evil smirk "This bitch is going down like the titanic, and you're the captain"

I lunged at him leaving a scratch down the side of his face, he fell to the ground as the venom made its way through his system.

I turned around "I did it!" I yelled

Steve looked horrified "what?" I asked worried

A sharp pain came from stomach and I looked down, there was a Huge slash in my abdomen. I touched it, getting blood on my fingers

"Oh no" Steve began to run towards me

"BANNER WE NEED MEDICAL ASSITENCE STAT!" Natasha yelled through the com

"You're gonna be alright" Steve assured me

"Always optimistic" I joked

"Just stay with me for a little bit okay,"

"The ship is sinking, you need to get out of here"

"No I'm staying with you"

I swayed a bit then felt my body completely lean to one side, then darkness.
