"Who's this" Clint said walking in a circle around Katherine

"That's Kat" I said resting a hand on her shoulder "the newest member of our team"

"Okay this was not discussed with the rest of us" tony stated

"Is there a problem?" I said easing an eyebrow at tony

"Nope, we're all good here cap" tony said walking away

Kat held her hand out for Clint to shake, which he did but pulled back almost immediately.

"Ah what the hell" he said shanking out his hand

"Watch your language" I scolded

"What did you do to me" he asked slightly aggervated

"I just burned you a bit, sorry, sometimes it's a little tough to control." she yanked his hand towards her "don't worry it won't blister"

"And you must be Natasha" Kat said getting up, standing right in front of Natasha

"I must" Natasha said

They looked eyes, neither one of them looking away. Then out of the blue Natasha's hand came up and was going to hit Kat when Kat blocked her.

Natasha leaned out and looked at me " I like this one, she can hold her own" and with that she walked away.

"Come with me" I said leading Katherine away from the rest of them "I think you'll like it"

I lead her down the hall to the training room, I pressed the button and the doors opened.

"I thought since you're a party of the team, you'd like an outfit to go with it"
I already looked into Bruce's checkup on her and figured out her height and weight and had the people make her a suit ASAP

"It looks just like Natasha's" she said walking over to it "I love it"

I smiled at her, glad that she felt welcome.

"I would hug you but I'm not that sentimental" she said admiring the suit

She looked over at me "ah what the hell" she shrugged and gave me a hug, for a second I was surprised but then I hugged her back.

"Deploy in 10 minutes" fury a voice sounded over the speakers

"Where are we going?" She asked

"To take back a hijacked shield ship, hydra making there first move" I said

"Make sure you have people to defend the capital" she said

"Why?"

"That's where they're going next" she said "the plan is to distract you with the hijacked ship so they could attack the capital. Duh"

"I've gotta tell fury"

"Two minutes till deploy"

Katherine walked out to the gates.

"Why do you think you're doing?" I asked her

I was suited up in my uniform and so was she

"I'm going with you"

"One minute till deploy." The gates opened and the wind flew by it, the ground was thousands of feet below us, and so was the water.

"No you're not"

"Yes I am"

"30 seconds until deploy" I put my parachute on

"I don't want you to get hurt"

"That sucks"

"Deploy" at that she ran and jumped out of the hellicarrier

"Was she wearing a parachute?" Natasha asked

I smiled and released a little laugh "no"
