Chapter 2 ~ WHAT?! ~

For god sake, I thought as I walked home.

He actually made me waste my money on 2 Adult magazines.

What a weird dude.

His attitude was also annoying, how could he act so nonchalant after that situation I meant he actually just took the 2 magazines and walked way.

Didn't even say thank you!!

Whatever, at least I won't have to see him ever again, saves me the embarrassment.

I carried on internally complaining as I walked home.

I should probably get to bed I literally have school tomorrow, well today.

I thought as I looked at the time and saw 3:00am.

* 6.00am*

Ughhh let me sleep, I thought as I slap my alarm.

I groggily got ready, the situation from a few hours ago was replaying in my head.

My expression changes to a scowl when I remember that strange guy.

I then let out a big sigh, I guess I should be the one thankful.

He helped out even if he didn't do anything, he let me pretend.

I held a chocolate toast in my hand as I walked out of the house.

I'm going to be late again, I thought as I started sprinting to school.

*8:44*

I just stepped into school, I looked behind me at the gate being closed, phew I was close.

I quickly made my way to class and sat in my seat, still catching my breath.

"Just made it?" I hear a cheery voice ask me, I turn to the direction of the voice.

"Pretty much" I smile as I'm still catching my breath.

"Girl, please you need to sleep early" she laughs as she looks at how messy I look.

"I did, I slept early in the morning" I replied as I mumble.

"Oh my gosh y/n you know that's not what I meant!" She looks at me annoyed.

"Ahh calm down Mai, I know" I shake my head as I unpack my stuff.

"Ahh whatever" she huffs as she takes her seat, which is right from mine.

*After class*

During our break I told Mai about what happened this morning.

"Y/n I've told you so many times not to go out at those times" she scolded me, actually annoyed by my behaviour.

"Calm down, it worked out in the end okay" I said smiling at her.

"It's a shame that your only book smart and not life smart" she replies whilst sighing.

I just ignore her remark.

"You should really care about yourself more y/n" she says seriously

"Okay okay" I reply as I brush it off.

"I'm being serious, what if that blue hair guy was also a pervert" she said.

"Actually he kinda was, he was reading an adult magazine" I retorted trying to change the subject.

She gave me a fed up look.

"Y/n, please just listen to me. Even if you don't care for yourself just remember I actually do. So just be careful okay" she warmly says as he holds my hands.
