Hacking The Hacker

I sit in the main hall overlooking the parking lot watching cars. Each car don't know how to drive and all are getting kinda mad at each other. What else would you expect from teenagers who just got their licenses

I have school work up on my screen whilst people are standing around me but when no one can see my backdoors I'm trying to get through the firewall of the biggest mafia in the UK or maybe even Europe.

If I can manage to get into even one file I could learn so much about them. All I know is that they run the biggest family known. The Euro Gang Beats or 'EGB' for short. That's more than what the police know for now anything

"Where's Lexi?" One guy asks his friend behind me. I swap screen to a google docs about world war two and start typing more.

"She got a new car as well" his friend comments. I pull up my cracker government web page and put in Lexi for the first name. All I need is the last name

"Damn, how do you know?" Guy one asks curious

"I made out with her in the back of it" guy two brags. I've never been into sexual relationships. Just the thought of all the lovey stuff makes me feel sick

"You made out with THE Lexi Jackson?" Guy one falls for. You can tell by his voice he's lying but I prefer not to day anything

Suddenly I see a pitch black Nissan GTR pull up next to the hall door and some girl gets out. She starts walking towards the exit like someone out of an action movie but instead looks like a twat.

Everyone's eye are on her so I'm guessing that's Lexi

"Go talk to your girl then" I hear before one guy runs up to Lexi like a child to an ice-cream van

"You alright Lexi?" He asks before going in for a kiss.

Lexi slaps his face out of nowhere and he falls hard to the floor. Everyone starts giggling to themselves and I search up 'Lexi Jackson' into my backdoor to see if anything comes up.

I hear the heels of her boots clattering as she walks my way. I only just manage to hide my screen before the footsteps stop and a hand lands on my shoulder.

I turn around and see Lexis' brown eyes glowing as she watches me

"Whatcha doing Darkside?" She asks. How the hell does she know my code name?

"I'm sorry, what?" I ask confused. I'm not logged in as Darkside on this laptop. At home I use Darkside to get into firewalls then send all the information over to this laptop or sell it

"I'm going wo-

"Cool, your friend RedDot wants to meet you at your house after school" she interrupts slamming a small, back book on my keyboard and then walking off. I look inside of the book and see its

I look inside and see it's my notebook where I keep all my information on stolen files, how much I sold them for and how many are useful.

I left this at my desk at home. I get a notification on my laptop that reads 'main computer firewall been breached by RedDot'

I open my verse softwhere and start transferring all my files to this laptop. The only way they could breach is if they where at my computer and gotten through the many passwords which would be near impossible

I place the book in my pocket and make sure the coast is clear. I pull up my backdoor and search up 'RedDot' and thousands of files pop up.

I start going through one ones that are useful and placing them into my Download folder. I plug in a USB stick that on the end is a pink skull. I start downloading the files and searching them as I go

I quickly read them until one catches my eye. Its titled 'information on who RedDot is'

I slow down and start to read out what it says.  'RedDot is the codename for the infamous hacker in the British Mafia. They have managed to shut down the FBIs database for 4 months whilst their crew robbed 7 banks taking $20.4 million'

I start to think about who this RedDot is and why they are working for Lexi Jackson until it clicks. I close that file and open up the only file I have from the British Mafia.

I put in the password 'Lexi Jackson' and click enter. The file unlocks revealing one thing. A letter with Darkside across it.

I open the file and read the letter

'Dear darkside. We have noticed that you have tried to get into our database and that you have a small bounty on your head. We have increased this to FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS. We have also sent our best hunter to find and introduce us to you. Signed RedDot'

My heart drops as the figure of cash keeps playing in my head. Five hundred thousand for a teenager

THE ONE FILE I'VE BEEN WORKING ON FOR WEEKS GIVES ME A HALF A MILLION BOUNTY

I'll be dead before I find out who that RedDot is.
