Introduction - Pt. Whatever at This Point

"No, you should've just ran away."

"You almost died already!"

"That's okay."

"No, it's not!"

"Why? Why're you so worried about me?"

"Uh- Be-Because you're my best friend!" Tetra hugged Wind.

I heard her whisper something, then Wind's cheeks lit up red with delight and his ears went down with happiness.

Mask and I looked at each other.

"Sorry to interrupt such a heartwarming reunion, but isn't there something we still need to take care of?" I asked them both.

"Well...Doesn't that sound familiar?" Wind asked Tetra.

"That's what I said before you defeated the Helmaroc King, ain't it?" Tetra asked.

"You bet it is!" Wind exclaimed.

"Guys, you need to get a doctor." I told them both.

"Oh, right." Tetra said.

"Who're you two?" Wind asked Mask and I.

"I'm Link, and he's Mask." I told him.

"But I'm Link! You can't be Link! I'm the only Link!" Wind yelled at me.

"We nicknamed you Wind after the...Wind Waker? Yeah. The Wind Waker."

"After the Wind Waker? Okay. At least you guys picked a decent item to name me after. At least you two didn't choose Fairy Boy...Uck...Tingle..."

"Do you have a preferred nickname?"

"Not really preferred, but you can call me TL if you want."

"Close it! Close it! Close it! Hurry!" A voice yelled, pushing at the castle doors.

We all looked back. It was a boy who looked exactly like Wind, but dressed entirely in a truly red tunic, and another boy in blue who looked the same.

"Green and Vio're still out there, stupid! Do you want them to be killed?!" The boy in blue yelled.

"Well, no, but I'm not going back out there!" The boy in red yelled back, almost sounding like he was crying.

"Red! They're going to die if we don't get them in here now!"

"I know, Blue, but I'm too scared to go back out and get them!"

"Then I'll show you how NOT to be a coward!" Blue ran out of the gate.

"Blue, no! You're anger's controlling you again! Get back here before you get hurt!" Red called for him.

But Blue didn't come back.

Red turned to the stone wall and bashed his head against it.

He passed out. I think that was his goal, but...I'm completely unsure of what just happened.

Blue came back, covered in blood that wasn't his own and didn't seem human, with another boy who looked just like him but in green in his arms.

"Red, stay here and watch Green- Red!" Blue noticed Red on the ground, "Oh, for Nayru's Wisdom and own sanity, use your own braincells and think before you do something!"

Blue seemed panicked and scared, but acted brave.

Blue then noticed we were all just standing there, watching him slowly melt down his aggressive barrier into his emotional one.

"Hey! Why don't you guys stop staring and leave or help, yeah?!" He screamed at us.

"I'll help." Wind said.
