Kisuke: alrigth I'll try to keep this short but I gathered all the new blood here. Traditionally silver academy students have been picked to represent us in the king of games tournament this year we're going to switch it up a bit now you'll have to fight your way up starting with team duels. Now I know what you thinking, oh handsome principal why do we have to make teams be the king of games it doesn't make sense

Jaden: we've got branches? Wait I thought this whole place was one big school
Lucia: it really is but it also isn't each section of the school has one branch they are four in total. Each one has a majority of students that use one type of summoning. The east branch uses synchro, and the east specializes in link monsters while the west uses fusion, and the north which we're in uses ritual and XYZ monsters.
Jaden: wait so I joined the wrong branch!!??
Y/n: no, she just saying that they specialize in playing those types of decks at each different branch
