An emotional IshRa story.
While Ishita was sleeping peacefully, she woke up to the urge of vomiting. She sat up and tried to bend towards the dustbin but couldn't. She took the glass and broke it on the floor. Hearing the noise, Mihika, her younger cousin sister came running. "Akka (elder sister), you okay?" she asked and Ishita pointed at the dustbin, she picked it instantly and Ishita tried to vomit but couldn't as it was just nausea, Mihika placed the dustbin back on the floor and gave her water. She gulped it down. "Akka relax," she said rubbing her back.

"Thank... You," Ishita said in a weak voice, Mihika smiled and sat by her side. "Are you okay?" she asked. "Do I look okay?" Ishita asked and Mihika became speechless.

Flashback:
As Ishita had slapped Raman, she realized how hard the slap was and extended her hand to touch his cheek but he stepped back. "Don't. Just don't touch me," he said angrily, she dropped her hand and more tears came from her beautiful eyes. He stomped out of the room. "Raman! Raman!" she called after him but to no avail, her calls only went in his deaf ears.

She fell on her knees crying badly. "If I am at fault, then even he is at fault, why do I feel bad after slapping him? I should be angry? But no, this heart makes the mind weak, I think I lost him forever, I lost him," she said to herself and leaned to the bed crying inconsolably and couldn't breathe anymore, she struggled to breathe. She felt weak, she looked around and saw the water bottle and tried to reach it but fell on the floor and eventually collapsed. Mihika and Romi came later to meet her and saw her in that condition and immediately took her to hospital where doctor declared that her BP was low and that she has been sedated for a proper rest.
