The Skid kept going to the Volcano Sector. However, the sonar gave an alert. Jeremy detected enemies approaching.
Jeremy: Get ready for action! Three Kalamars are coming in!
Aelita: Kalamars?!(Network) Those usually don't come in group! Anyway, Naveskids launched!
Aelita launched the Navskids, and Bloom stayed with the main ship, to protect it. However, when they reached the Kalamars, they were gold.

William: XANA doesn't use the Kalamars to often!
One of them charged up. The difference between these Kalamars from the normal ones, besides the appearance, is that they shoot vertical Lasers.
Ulrich: WHOA!!! (moves out) Ok, now these things are really the fish version of the Megatanks!
Odd: I don't mind having fresh Frutti de Mare! But I have to cook them out of their shells first!
