After that bumalik ako kung saan ako nag set up kanina Buti di masyado natagalan, I saw Cass sitting while minding her phone. Kanina pa din nag chchat si Karl sakin kung nasaan daw ako at kung okay lang ako and what so ever di ko nalang pinansin and continue to finish it kasi wala namang ginawa si Cass kundi binantayan lang. After I finished setting everything up. I called Karl.

"Hey." I said in a sad tone to make it more dramatic.

[Hey! Are you okay?! I've been looking for you everywhere. I'm texting and calling you but you're not answering. I'm worried and your tone seems sad what happened and a-] I didn't let him finish daming sinasabi eh. I'm trying hard to hold laugh tho. Ang bilis nya kasi mag salita.

"Kaydense." I said in a serious tone. "Can we meet? I need to tell you something."

[S-sure but are you okay?] Tunog kinakabahan siya.

"I'm fine, I'll text you where we meeet." After I said those words I ended the call.

"Cass!! Kinakabahan ako but I can do this!... Can I?" I said nervously.

"Kath calm down, chill, kalma lang kaya mo yan" sabi nya sabay subo ng strawberry.

"Hey!" Sabi ko sabay hampas ng kamay niya. "Para kay Karl yan!"

"Okay, okay" sabi niya sabay taas ng dalawang kamay. "I need to go na I have to finish something pa, byee and good luck"

"Okay, thanks! Ingat ka" then she left.

I sat on a bench na medyo malayo kung saan nakaset up yung picnic na magaganap. Karl texted me that malapit na siya so I waited for just 5 minutes.

I looked at him with sad eyes. "Hey what happened?" He ask and sit beside me.

"Ummm.... I want to tell you something. So I've been thinking about it for a long time. I really appreciate your efforts for me Karl. I'm really thankful for your love but I wanna say I want you to stop courting me." I said and look down.

"Ah-ahm. S-sure. Una parang I don't expect you to receprocate what I'm feeling and I respect that Abi, no worries, I'm still here kahit anong mangyari" he said and smiled. I looked at him I can see the sadness and a hit of pain in his eyes.

"Thankyou, wanna join me on a picnic?" I asked.

He smiled. "Sure"

"Sige Tara!" Tumayo ako at hinila ko siya mabilis akong tumakbo habang hila siya sa spot namin.

We sat together. We ate, talking. But awkward kasi nga sa sinabi ko kanina. He looks really sad time to lighten up the mood. Kinuha ko yung cake na nakatago sa basket, binigay ko sakanya tinignan nya naman ako na nagtataka.

"Open it" sabi ko at ngumiti. Binuksan nya at lumaki ang mata ang yung malungkot niyang muka kanina nag iba gulat at saya ang nikikita ko sa kanyang maamong muka.

"R-really?" He asked still stunned.
