Dear Diary,
Summer went by fast and so did Opal's love for me. She left me because she had feelings for another guy. I knew she was going to leave me at the end of summer.
What did I tell you?
It hurts. I'm hurt she stayed with me as long as she did. She didn't love me at all, I found out.
I hope school is better than the way she treated me.
