Chapter Four

When we arrived at the party the boys from Collin's team yelled happily once they saw him

They were really happy even though they lost. Once the boys saw me they looked shocked

"Wow, little missy shy is at a party?!" Bard yelled over the music

"Collin, did you drag her here?" A team member asked

"Nope she dragged me," Collin said

"No way," He said

"Okay enough come on we should get her a drink," Brett said

Collin grabbed my hand and led me inside with the boys following. Collin poured us a drink and then the boys said something making him glare at two boys who were glaring at us

"Who are they?" I asked

He leaned in and whispered into my ears, "They are the twins Ares and Blake they are the same age as us and their older brothers, and my family has this rivalry history,"

"Dude they look angrier," Bard said and laughed

"Kiss her maybe they'll get angrier," a boy said

"No," Collin and I said

"Why?" He asked

"We're like brother and sister you idiot," Collin said

"Oh shit sorry didn't know," the guy said and rolled his eyes

"Let's leave these assholes and go dance," Collin says shaking his head

We put our glasses down, went to the dance floor, and started dancing. Hours passed and I was beyond tipsy and having so much fun until a hand grabbed my shoulder making me look who it was.

Once I saw who it was I groan and wanted to walk away but Selena grabbed my arm and slapped me through the face

"Oh, look are you going to cry?" Selena yelled loud enough to make someone stop the music and all the kids surrounded us

"You're a destructive whore," she yelled and wanted to hit me again but I grabbed her hand

"Selena you're the destructive whore. I don't know why you hate me but let's get it straight. You are and was never my sister I hate you with everything in me and if you ot your father touch me again I'll put a bullet through your brain.

Not that you have one. I did you a favour and left your house now to do me a favour and never come near me or show your stupid ugly ass face again," I said and let her go.

As I did it she stumbled into Blake's arms who just pushed her away

"You fucking bitch!" She yelled and tried to hit me but a guy stepped in front of me as well as Collin

"You see you are a whore. Having two guys protect you," she said making me sigh and before I could jump on her to kick the living shit out of her Brett caught me and held me tightly

"Girl I'll give you a chance to get the fuck out of here. My best friend promised his father he won't let anyone fight so just leave," The guy next to Collin said

"What she's the one..." Selena tried to say.

"No it's fine, let her stay. I'm heading out anyway. Cool luck finding someone else life to fuck up Selena because you tried but didn't succeed in ruining mine," I said and turned to the host before saying, "Sorry and thanks for the party and booze,"

Collin and I left and made our way back to his house. Once we arrived police officer just arrived

"What's wrong?" Collin asked his brother and parents as we got out

"Are you Miss Jones?" a cop asked

"Yes, why?" I asked

"Your mother and stepfather just got in an accident. Neither one made it," The officer said

I started laughing and they all looked at me like I was mad.

"Luna," Collin said and hugged me as I started crying.

Even if she was a bitch to me she was still my mother. Collin held me up as I broke down in his arms.

"I'm sorry for your loss but we need to know if you have any other family," The other cop said

"She doesn't know her father. We'll look after her till she turns 18. It's only three days anyway," Mr T said

"We'll need you to come and claim your mother's body," The first officer said

"We'll to that tomorrow and also the funeral," Mr T said and the officers just nodded their heads before leaving

"I'll call Jane," Mrs T said

"Her funeral would be Sunday. Is that okay?" Mr T said

I nodded my head and we went in. Collin still had me in his arms by the time I eventually cried myself to sleep
