FLASHBACK TO 20 YEARS AGO

You walk into the glamorous building You we're there to buy a piece of art you wanted forever and now you were going to get it and your not worried that someone would out bid you at because you are  Y/N YOUNG one of the richest Asians in Singapore no one would dare take away the art you have been dreaming of

Once you sit down everyone around you  starts to whisper wondering if your one of the young siblings because they all heard about you and how you only bid a VERY VERY exclusive auctions like the kind a politician would bid at so they look at you wondering why your here because this is exclusive but not like the ones you've gone to before so it's safe to everyone was shocked to see you there all except one Pacific man

"1 Million"you say once again shocking everyone you think you have won and can finally go home but just as you were about to get up someone says "2 million"shocking you and everyone in the room you look around trying to find the person who is trying to out bid you and that's when your eyes land on the handsome man that looks about your age and is very tall when you see him smiling at you get mad and say "5 million" and smile back at him thinking he can't go any higher then that

but he challenges that notion when he replies but saying "12 million"and that's when you start to get mad and you are about two seconds away from going over to him and punching him in his very cute but annoying face "20 million" you go making the whole room go silent shock that you are willing to pay that much for a painting that's not in even that rare.you look back at the man smile thinking he can't top that but oh boy we're you wrong then he says something that makes you go silent to "50 million" and that's when you get up and walk out of the room very mad because you really wanted that painting but as rich as you are your not that dumb to buy a painting like that for more then 50 million but as soon as you were about to exit the building you feel a hand grab your shoulder

"Hey wait"the man called stoping you from leaving when you turn you see it's the handsome man that just out bid you and you try to pull your shoulder out of his hand but you he says something making you look at him "well that was quite hell of a bidding and to be honest that's not what I really wanted" he says making you start to lose your cool. "so what you just came here to rub in that you outbid a young" you look at him well snatching your shoulder out of his hand
"No that's not why I just want to ask you if you would like to go on a date with me with me" "sir i dont even know your name why would I do that"you look at him still so upset about what happened two minutes ago

"well my name is August Lee my family runs one of the biggest electronics companies in all of Singapore and i already know who you are"he scratches back of his neck while looking at the ground, you give him a oh 😮 look signaling that you've heard of them before and he was kind of cute and tall and handsome and he was kind of nice and you only ever heard good things about his family so you look at him with a unsure look but you then say "fine meet me at the corner house it's a fancy seafood restaurant this Friday at 10pm ok"you Demand him "OK !"the man jumps up hearing that you agree to go to dinner with him so you give him your phone number and before you get into your car you tell at him "don't be late ok" and with that you get into your car and start to drive off but while you were driving off you smiling to yourself think of how cute his smile was

Y'all I wanted y'all to see how they meet but now I wish I didn't kill him but when I made this book I had already made up my mind that y/n was goin be a widow and I have plans for her in the future soooo 🤷🏽‍♀️
