Matilda Carey returns to the 21st Century and it seems like she had been away from a long time, but she really hadn't been gone for that long.

Matilda Carey had only left the 21st century for two weeks she had lived from the reign of King Edward IV until the ascension of King Henry VII of England and she had witnessed the birth of all King Edward IV and Queen Elizabeth Woodville children, and she had been introduced to Lord John Howard's son, Lord Thomas Howard and his children, and what hurt her the most was to hear the news of Lord John Howard, Duke of Norfolk on August 22, 1485 and the deaths of Lord Walter Devereux and King Richard III.

Finally, after the ascension of King Henry VII of England she returns to her hotel and she changes everything and she lays down on her bed and when she wakes up she is back into the 21st century.

What seems like two years was only 2 weeks and when she returns to university she distances herself from all of her peers at her university.

Matilda Carey never forgets her journey back into time and her effort to save Lord John Howard, Duke of Norfolk, but she has her memories of the gallant Lord John Howard, 1st Duke of Norfolk.

Matilda Carey sits at her piano in her apartment and she plays "Time In A Bottle " by the Late Jim Croce and when she plays she thinks about Lord John Howard.

If I could save time in a bottle

The first thing that I'd like to do

Is to save every day 'til eternity passes away

Just to spend them with you

If I could make days last forever

If words could make wishes come true

I'd save every day like a treasure, and then

Again, I would spend them with you

But there never seems to be enough time

To do the things you want to do once you find them

I've looked around enough to know

That you're the one I want to go through time with

If I had a box just for wishes

And dreams that had never come true

The box would be empty

Except for the memory of how they were answered by you

But there never seems to be enough time

To do the things you want to do once you find them

I've looked around enough to know

That you're the one I want to go through time with
