Jeno finally got the chance to lay on his couch and play video games the last time he did this was about a year ago?. He decided took a day off today because of stress from work this past week. Because recently have been promoted as the CEO of the company. His position right now was supposedly for his older brother but he's currently abroad with his happily living with his husband.

"why is this damn game taking so long?" he sighs heavily. Grabbing the bag full of chips before opening it he heard the doorbell ring.

It's probably just his mother coming giving him another two hour long life lesson. He didn't care , very used to it so isn't really shocking and just accepted his faith.

laying peacefully and continue to eat his bag of chips "mom it's the fifth ti-" he yelled in lowercase

"Good morning C.E.O lee!" the canadian male teased by highlighting the word "ceo" while bringing a hand full of groceries

"Oh mark what are you doing here?"

mark raised both his brows , puckering "can't your friend visit your house?"

"I'll might actually report you for trespassing" not sparing a single glance his focus on the video game

"you act like as if we don't know each other since diapers" he placed down the food on the table. jeno's house was neat and organized it's almost impossible to see a dust in this house , expected from him or else jeno's mother would go crazy.

"What has gotten into you today? you never come to visit me" consider it a miracle

the canadian replied with an unsure chuckle  "nothing I just Feel good today.."

paused on his games. He squints his eyes on him "so you felt good to lie?"  he sarcasticingly nodded his head

lowkey panicking "of course NOT!" accidentally raised his voice made the younger flinch

"geez man no need to shout" 

"fine , your mother orders me to convince you since you're too stubborn to even listen to her"

"first of all what were you trying to convince me to?" He questioned while his friend replied with a "are you serious?" kind of look

taking a few blinks along with a force out smile "Just come to work  you also have a important meeting today with the shareholders"

he huffed like a sulky toddler "can't I atleast have a day off" he whined

"Well weekends exist?"

"I still have works and signing to do on the weekends since we aren't high schoolers anymore" he reminded. No because  if he had a chance to go back in time.  He would tell his younger self to be grateful with those mathematical problems.

Trust me  it's nothing compared the things he handles these days.

"Oh! and also I heard your new secretary started working today"

"again? tsk they're still going to quit in a few months" almost every secretary his mom hired quits after 3 months. Some said it's because of his childish attitude but in reality it's just he is too high maintenance and might as well deal with his overly strict attitude.

he also may be selfish sometimes.

"I cannot do this!" Jaemin whisper shouted to himself. Why am I acting like this is the first time I got a job? I mean this is different but still. Where did his confidence go did they disappear like his money?

jokes on you he doesn't even have that printed paper with people on it that have the same value as his own living being

he knock on the door expecting a reply but all he hear was silence. Knocks again still no answer. Jaemin slowly twisted the doorknob , nobody was inside. Carefully enters the office. It was enormous office it was even bigger than his apartment and the house he grew up with combined

instead of just sitting there and patiently waiting. He wandered around the room seeing baby pictures and family portraits on the wall as well an diploma , not gonna lie  my now boss was cute when he was younger. Wonder what he looks like now. Just by thinking of it made him more curious.

checking the name displayed on the desk "Lee Jeno?" he blinked twice.

Wait that name sounds familiar. don't tell me it's him....

he can't be the only  lee jeno in korea right? that might sound possible but it made him think for split second even the baby pictures were familiar

maybe I am right? He can't be the only one.

he shrugged off the nonsense his mind telling , "It's just a coincidence don't overthink okay?" shutting his eyes. Convincing himself

"what are you doing?" a monotone voice suddenly was heard

Jaemin transferred his attention to the voice. The next thing you heard was a dramatic gasp coming from him

"Jaemin?"

it was him. The Lee Jeno he hates and also lov— back then but seeing him all grown into a young fine ma—
