"Enrico we have to talk" My dad said
"Okay?" I said following him to his office
"You have to take over the mafia son" He said
"There's no way" I said
"They are coming for our base, we have to strike back" My dad said
"I can't dad, I'm sorry" I said
"Is this about Tanika" My dad asked
'That is part of the reason"I said
"Does she even know about the mafia" My dad asked
"No" I replied
"You have to start taking responsibility son, remember that it will be yours some day" My dad said
"I don't want the mafia father" I said
"You don't have a choice Enrico" He yelled
"I have to go fetch Tanika" I said walking out of my dad's office
"Chiko" Jasmine said giving me a warm hug

After dropping Jasmine, Mayah and Marco at school it was just Tanika and I

"I'm going home right after" I said getting out of the car and walking into school

Tanika POV
Something was wrong with Enrico, something was really bothering him
"What's wrong Nika" Keira asked
"I think I did something to Enrico, like he was practically ignoring me this morning" I said
"You have to find out what you did"Keira said
"I didn't do anything tho"I said
"Why is he sitting with Madison" Keira said and I immediately looked back and there he was sitting next to her.
"I can't believe this" I said feeling my stomach turn
That same evening
"Mom can I go to Enrico for dinner" I asked
"Of course honey" She said
"Thank you" I said
I decided to walk there, when I got to the house I knocked ok the door and Mrs Santiago opened the door
"Good evening Tanika, what a surprise" She said
"Good evening Aunty Lilly" I said
"Please come in" She said
"I came to speak to Enrico" I said
"He's not in the best mood, but he's up in his room" She said
"Thank you" I said walking upstairs
When I opened his door I saw him sleeping with boxing in the background
I sat beside him and rubbed his face
"Tanika" He said with tears in his eyes
"Are you okay" I asked
"Not really" He said
After slipping my shoes off, I got into his bed and I held him tightly
"I don't deserve you" Enrico said
"What do you mean my love, we were made for each other" I said
"No, I'm too dangerous for you" He said
"Enrico tell me what's wrong" I said
"I'm doing this for you okay" Enrico said sitting up, so I did the same
"What do you mean" I asked and he held my hands in his
"We can't be together anymore" He said and my heart sunk
"What" I asked feeling the tears forming in my eyes
"I'm sorry, I just keep hurting you" Enrico said
I immediately got up and left.
