"Wo ai ni." (我爱你) Kai smiles.
"Is that you're welcome?" You ask.
"No, that's I love you." Kai smiles.
"Oh! Um... wo ai ni...?"
"Oh! You would say wo ye ai ni!" (我也爱你) Kai smiles
"Wo ye ai ni (我也爱你) Kai." You smile.
Jay
You release a sigh and rest your head in your hands.
"Hey, (Y/N)! How's it going?" Jay ask wrapping his arms around you.
"Awful, Jay!"
"Do you need help?" Jay asks trying to peek at what you're doing.
"Not unless you happen to be fluent in Russian." You say, looking at Jay.
"Well, my princess, you're in luck! Because I do happen to be fluent in Russian!" Jay says with a toothy smile.
"Wait... like actually? Since when?" You ask curiously
"Since my parents could speak Russian, and would use it when I could understand English to keep stuff from me. I learned Russian and surprised them when they were talking. They taught me the rest."
"You're sneaky, Jay." You smile, "sure! I would love your help."
"What's the first thing you'd like to learn?"
"Well... how about hello and how are you?"
"That's Привет! Как у Тебя дела?" Jay says quickly
Your mouth stands wide open, as Jay smiles happily at you
"Um... a little slower for the ones that are not quite fluent yet."
"Oh! Yes, of course! Sorry! Got a little carried away! Привет, is hello!"
"Pre bait?" You attempt
Jay laughs, "no, not quite. Привет. Roll the r and replace your b with a v sound."
"Привет." You say more confidently
"Yes! Great job! Now Как у Тебя дела? That's how are you?."
"Как у tibia дела." You attempt
"You're actually very close! You just have to fix Тебя. Try more of a tay at the beginning, and a ya at the end."
"Тебя?"
"Yes, now put it together."
"Как у Тебя дела?" You finally say
"У меня все хорошо." Jay responds
"What?" You ask
"I said I'm fine." Jay chuckles.
"Do I have to attempt that one?" You ask, slightly intimidated.
"No, I'll let it go this time." Jay smiles.
"Phew! Thanks!" You say relieved
"Do you mean Спасибо?" Jay jokes
"Spicy boy?"
Jay doubles over laughing, leaving you confused.
"Spicy boy?" Jay repeats, tears threatening to come out of his eyes.
"Yeah, that's what you said, wasn't it?"
"No, I said Спасибо. Kind of like the word placebo, except replace the pl with a sph sound." Jay says, trying to help.
