(y/n) laid on one of his round beanbags, playing a Pokemon game on his gameboy. Which was something Camp Half-Blood didn't allow. You couldn't use cellphones, or barely any electric thing, really.

His peace was interrupted when the door to his cabin burst open, slamming against the wall and making (y/n) drop his Gameboy in surprise. "Ah!"

"I've got tea!" Silena Beauregard, head of the Aphrodite cabin, screeched.

"And you need to scare me shitless for that? Damn," (y/n) groaned.

Silena ignored his annoyance and sat on the beanbag beside (y/n).

"You know Gwen from my cabin?"

"Which Gwen?" (y/n) asked.

"Gwendolyn, Gwendolyn Harper," Silena explained.

"Oh, the southern one?"

"Yeah, them."

"What about them?" (y/n) picked up his Gameboy and leaned back on his beanbag.

"They finally got their first kiss!"

(y/n)'s eyes widened. "Wait, really? With who?"

"Connor Stoll!" Silena beamed.

"You're kidding!" (y/n) frowned playfully.

Silena shook her head. "I'm not. Definitely am not."

Silena hummed quietly while (y/n) combed her hair into a different hairstyle. She laid her head on his stomach, while he laid on a beanbag with his legs parted on either side of Silena.

They had sneaked a cell phone in the cabin and were now watching a movie play on the table in front of them, eating a lot of candies and popcorn that a kid from Hermes cabin got them.

"Geez, that's so corny," Silena mumbled.

"I know right? Those teen movies can never get things right. I mean, just because she took off her glasses he instantly falls in love with her? That's stupid!" (y/n) huffed.

"This movie is totally illogical," Silena hummed. "And the acting is horrible, too!"

"Worst movie ever, 0 out of 10."

"Agreed."

『••✎••』

"What?" Silena frowned.

"I am in love!" (y/n) echoed his own voice.

"This is so sudden, why are you telling me this now?" Silena silently panicked. "With who?!"

"Annabeth. Head of Athena cabin, Annabeth Chase," (y/n) said, swooning.

Silena relaxed and slumped her shoulders. "Oh, that makes sense."

(y/n) frowned. "What do you mean that makes sense?"

"Bae, have you seen how you look at her? No, you haven't. But I did. It's obvious," Silena shrugged. "You can practically hear corny music playing and see hearts in your eyes."

"But-"

"Honestly, I'm surprised neither of you noticed that earlier."

(y/n) slumped down with a frown. "Was it really like that?"

Silena had her tongue poking out of her mouth as she carefully did the most dangerous and risky task known to man: doing her best friend's eyeliner.
