Egon turned to Manfred before gesturing to the side door.

Manfred took out his key card and unlocked the door before stepping aside. Egon entered the room and stood infront of Y/N.

"You did good kid," He said holding out his hand.

Unbeknownst to Manfred, there was a note.

Y/N took his hand, discretely taking the note.

"I tolerate you... To an extent."

"But you'd kill me at any given chance?"

"Obviously."

Egon gave her a nod and left.

"Take care of her Mannie."

Y/N glared at Manfred who avoided her stare at all cost.

Y/N's POV

I made sure my back faced the glass as I opened the note.

-Last objective:
Kill Egon Vogel-Fischer.

I only stared at the note.

Well, I have enough time to plan.

•Day 45.

They were kind enough to give me a ball.

Now here I was, laying on my back and throwing a ball at the wall.

I threw it lazily and it didn't roll close enough. I huffed and turned my head to Manfred.

"Hey Mannie," I called out.

"Hm?"

"If you weren't working here, what other job would you have been doing?"

"I'm not sure, probably manning a bakery or something," He shrugged.

"How manly."

"Shut up."

"But seriously, I could see you owning a bakery," I said rolling onto my side to face him.

•Day 89

"Hey Mannie?"

"What?"

"Can you come in here?" I asked.

"No, I'm not allowed," He said.

"Oh, should've guessed," I muttered, "I'm bored."

"Try working out or something, I don't know."

•Day 105

I ate from the tray I was given.

"Hey Mannie."

He let out a hum.

"Aren't you going to eat?"

"Not yet."

I nodded and finished up before leaning against the glass.

•Day 127

•Third Person POV

Manfred was unusually quiet.

Everytime Y/N would call out, he would ignore her and remain quiet.

After a while, she stopped.

And it was pure silence, besides the occasional beeping when the door unlocked.

Y/N has taken up Manfred's idea of keeping herself busy.

Although working out wasn't fun, she wasn't bored the entire time.

She mostly did it, to keep herself in shape from the meals.

Y/N watched as her shackle was taken off. Permanently.

She walked to the door where a guard handed her some clothes.

"Thanks."

She made her way out of the room before being led to the changing room.

She left the room and was met with a familiar guard.

"Hey Manfred," Y/N said with a small smile.

Manfred gave a curt nod.

"Right this way Miss," A woman said.

Y/N couldn't help but grin as she was walking closer to freedom.

The first person she was going after was Egon.

•Somewhere Else...

A phone began to ring stopping the discussion that was occurring.

"One moment," Laurent said as he took out his phone and left the room, "Hello, Laurent Thierry speaking."

"You forgot about me?"

"No my dear, you're just, let's see," Laurent checked his watch, "Three hours late."

"Had some business to deal with."

"I assume everything is done and over with?"

"Yea."

"I'm planning on taking the next flight out, you?"

"I'm not gonna leave just yet," Y/N said balancing her phone between her ear and shoulder as she fixed the watch in her wrist.

"Oh alright, I'll see you when I see you."

"Au revoir."

"A bientôt."
