Fury: I recognize the Council has made a decision. But given that it's a stupid-ass decision, I have elected to ignore it.

Councilman:(Video) Director, you're closer than any of our subs. You scramble that jet...

Fury: That is the island of Manhattan, Councilman. Until I'm certain my team can't hold it, I will not order a nuclear strike against a civilian population.

Councilman:(Video) If we don't hold them here, we lose everything.

Fury: If I send that bird out, we already have.

Fury ends the call.

We cut back to Y/n and Lady Sif.

Most of the Chitauri that were attacking them had been killed just then Y/n looks over at Stark tower and see someone come crashing down on top of it. Y/n then looks at Sif.

Y/n: You got this?

Lady Sif: I got this, where you off to?

Y/n: Stark tower. Pretty sure I just saw Loki crash land up there.

Lady Sif: Alright beloved. What are you gonna do to him?

Y/n: I'll do what I must.

Y/n then activated his boots of Hermes and takes off running. 

Once Y/n got to Stark Tower he didn't stop running, instead he ran straight at the building once he got close enough, Y/n started to run straight up Stark Tower and when he made it to the top Y/n pushes Loki though one of the windows and Loki hit a wall.  Loki gets up and chuckles.

Loki:(Chuckles) I was wondering when you would try and talk me out of this.

 Y/n: Loki, who's behind all this.

Loki: You think so little of me that you think I could not lead an army like this?

Y/n: Do not twist my words Loki. Let's just say I'm right and there is someone giving you orders. Let's say you do win, what then?

Loki: Then I will be what I was always meant to be, a King!

Y/n: Are you sure? Who's to say after everything is said and done, this person who is giving you orders and the Army and the Scepter, won't just kill you because you have out lived your use to them?

Loki: .....

Y/n: Let me help you Loki, whoever it is we can take them on together.

Y/n tried to put his hand onto Loki's shoulder but when he did that, his hand goes right through and "Loki" disappears Mimir tried to warn Y/n but it was already too late as Loki kicked Y/n from behind. Y/n gets up, turns and looks at Loki.

Y/n:(Sigh) I didn't want it to come down to this but so be it. Just remember you wanted this fight.

 Loki makes a dagger appear in his hand and he runs towards Y/n. Loki starts trying to stab Y/n with his dagger but Y/n block all of the attacks.

Loki: Come on! Fight back! Fight me!

Loki goes on the Attack again with his dagger. This time Y/n moved to the side of Loki's stab attempt and grabs his arm, twists it making him drop the dagger. Y/n then grabbed a hold of Loki's face and at the same time he kicks out one of Loki's legs out from underneath him and he shoves Loki to the ground.

Y/n then brings his fist down on Loki's face, Loki moves out of the way just in time and avoid the hit. Loki grabs his dagger and stabs Y/n's hand, Loki then gets up and kicks Y/n in the face making him fall onto his back.
