I raised an eyebrow.

"We're all going to the Grill," she said. "Caroline, Shadow and Bonnie are already there. Katherine and Pearl are at home, catching up and Anna's trying Stefan's animal diet."

"I said I would give her $50 if she did," Damon said.

"Why are we going to the Grill?" I asked.

"To celebrate our victory," Lexi said.

"Oh, that's right," I said. "I killed more vampires than Damon."

"You got lucky," he said.

"Not a chance," I said. "I'm just way cooler than you."

"Sorry to ruin your life long dream, but you aren't," he said.

"Are too," I said.

"Have they always been like this?" Jeremy asked Lexi.

"Pretty much, yeah," she said.

"Are Stefan and Elena coming?" I asked.

"They were having a moment, so we decided not to bother them," Damon said.

I glared at him. "You're an ass, you know that?"

"I believe somebody has said that to me before," he said.

"Probably me," Lexi said.

"So, what moment did we ruin?" Lexi asked as me her were ordering drinks from the bar.

"Jeremy told me he loved me," I said happily.

"Oh my god!" she squeeled. Lexi was a sucker for romantic stuff.

She hugged me. Very tightly. So tightly I literally couldn't breathe.

Over Lexi's shoulder I could see our table.

Damon was laughing at my expression.

She pulled back from the hug.

"Sorry we ruined it," she said. "It was Damon's idea."

"Of course," I said.

The bar tender asked us what we wanted to drink.

"Two Apple Smirnoff's with lemonade please," Lexi asked.

"I'm going to need some ID thanks," he said.

Lexi looked closely into his eyes. "That's not neccessary,"

"Okay, that'll be-"

"Free," Lexi said.

"On the house," the bar tender said. He walked off to get our drinks.

"I wish I could do that," I said.

"It does come in handy," she said.

We got our drinks and headed back to the table.

I was wedged inbetween Damon and Jeremy.

I had downed half of my drink in a minute.

"You shouldn't be drinking Marni," Damon said. "You're under age."

We looked at each other for a moment, then started laughing.

"Ah, good one," I said.

The others were giving us strange looks and were laughing at our ridiculousness.

I think the fact that we had both been consuming alchohol made the joke funny.

The rest of the night was fun. I owned Lexi at a game of pool, and lost a game of darts to Damon.
