Holding Hands

I walked Bonnie back home, and went to talk to Damon.

I found him sitting in his room.

"Damon, we have a problem." I said.

"What is it?" he asked.

I explained to him about what happened this morning.

He frowned.

"Well, that Bonnie girl isn't strong enough to stop me, so I have nothing to worry about except getting it back." he said.

"Okay." I said, unworried myself.

Everyone had woken up by the time I walked into the kitchen.

"Hey guys." I said.

They all greeted me.

"Stefan, I'm goint to walk to school okay?" l said.

"Okay, see you there." he said.

On my way to school, I stopped by Jeremy's, knowing he would'nt have left yet.

"Oh, hi Marni," Jenna said, answering the door. "Jeremy's in his room."

"Thanks." I said.

I walked up the stairs an ran into ELena.

"Oh, hey Marni." she said.

"Hey Elena," I said, "Has Bonnie talked to you lately?"

"You found out she knows?" she guessed.

I nodded.

"Did she tell you about the dreams about Emily?" I asked.

"How did you find out about that?" she asked.

I told her about this morning, excluding the part about Damon's crystal.

"Oh," she said.

"I'm going to go talk to Jeremy," I said.

"See you at school," she said.

I walked into Jeremy's room to find him digging through his bag.

"Hey Jeremy," I said.

"Oh, hey Marni," he said. "What are you doing here?"

"I came to talk about last night." I said.

"Ah," he said.

"So, I was just wondering if you wanted to be a couple, or just stay friends," I said.

"What do you wanna do?" he asked.

"I don't really mind either." I said, trying to act casual, but I kinda want to go for the first option.

"Neither do I." he said.

"Do you want to try be a couple?"

"Sure." he said with a happy smile on his face.

"Wow," I said, relieved. "That was awkward."

"Yeah, it was." he laughed.

"So what do you think that Stacey chicks gunna do when she finds out?" I asked.

"I don't know, but we should try and make her really jealous." he said.

"We have to get to school," he said.

The walk to school was nice, it wasn't awkward.

I felt myself blush when Jeremy held my hand.

When we walked to school, Stefan and Elena were out the front.
