As I'm walking towards my car, the sound of faint footsteps are behind me.
I quicken my paste, in fear of who it is behind me and not to my shock, the person speeds up.
I'm so mad I had to park my car a few blocks down today...
I turn into an alleyway, hoping it helps me get to my car quicker but the shadowy stranger only uses it to their advantage.
The unknown figure tackles me to the ground, causing me to let out a scream.
"Help! Help!" I scream, with no response
At this late hour, little to nobody is walking the streets.
My mind floods with the worst thoughts of what sinister things he gonna do to me.
"Shh shhh" he whispers, covering my mouth
My eyes begin to water and I tremble under his touch.
He begins to caress my thigh, his rough large hands send a chill down my back.
"You have some nice skin shawdy" his deep voice grumbling into my ear, lifting my skirt.
"No...no" I beg as my face becomes soak with tears
I try screaming for help again, but he swiftly covers my mouth
"I'll make it quick"
My eyes widen as I hear his belt unbuckling
I pray...hoping for a miracle. That's all I can really do right now.
As if God himself is listening to me, I feel the weight of the man being pulled off of me and the sound of punches being connected echo throughout the alleyway.
"Hey are you okay?" I hear a gentle concerned voice speaking to me, pulling down my skirt and turning me to face him
His face,so smooth His eyes, piercing into my soul His hands soft as a new born child He's an angel
"Let's get you some help"
I was in such a shock of the events that had transpired less than 10 minutes ago that I felt everything around me start to dim
Then it all went black.

My eyes flutter open, almost closing back immediately from the bright light above my head
I look around the room and sigh,finding myself in a hospital bed
I look to my left, and find a large vase of roses sitting on the bed side table.
"Your boyfriend left those for you. He said he was leaving because he had to get home" a tall slim white nurse said, shocking me as I didn't notice her presence in the room
I furrowed my brows, as I didn't have a boyfriend.
Me and Samuel are not on speaking terms and I know they didn't call him off of my phone.
So who-
"Let's get you some help"
"You alright mamas?"

"Thank you. How soon can I get out of here?" I ask, sitting up in my hospital bed, to make myself more comfortable
"The police need your statement and then you we have to run some tests again to make sure your fine then we can clear you for leaving" she smiles at me warmly before walking out of the room, closing the door behind her.
I take the small note taped to the bouquet before scanning over it
I feel butterflies in my stomach as if I was in high school again.
"I hope you're okay. you can call me when you get out and maybe we can go grab a bite to eat -xoxo Nick"
