Anika banged the brush on the dresser and Shivaay threw the newspaper on the night stand and frowned to her, she frowned back to him through the mirror
Anika: what?
Shivaay: is there something you want to talk about?
Anika frowned: no, is there something you want to talk to me about?
Shivaay: no, it's past midnight, come to bed
Anika nodded and leaned beside him on the bed, he frowned looking at her as she opened a jar of cream and rubbed a generous amount on her elbows
Shivaay: I thought I told you I don't like the smell of this cream
Anika frowned: this is another one, from natural ingredients, I made it myself
Shivaay: I don't like its smell either
Anika frowned more and banged it on the nightstand, sat straight of the bed with crossed arms and looked at Shivaay angrily, he pretended not to notice this and held his newspaper back, looking at it but the side of his eyes seeing the fierce glare
Anika: you know Shivaay; there is something I want to talk about...
Shivaay sighed, put down his newspaper and looked at her
Anika: I think you don't respect me enough
Shivaay frowned: this is the silliest thing you ever said
Anika frowned: that is what I am talking about, everything I do or feel is silly for you, my dreams is silly for you, you know I love Drama and my dream is to be an actress and your client even asked for me but you told me I don't have a role in your commercial and told him I am not a available
Shivaay: you are not suitable for the commercial Anika; you are pregnant and didn't finish your education, that is all, it's just business.
Anika: look at my eyes and swear that if I wasn't pregnant and if I finished my school you would have hired me
Shivaay looked at her eyes with widened eyes and said strictly
Shivaay: I would have agreed if you weren't pregnant and if you weren't a little girl
Anika: you are... (Then she covered the side of her belly and whispered) lying
Shivaay frowned: how dare you call me ... (then he hid the side of her belly) a liar
Anika: because Raja knows I am pregnant and young but that didn't stop him from hiring me, because you say it's just business in the same time you are talking about my education and my pregnancy, but it's not just business for you, Shivaay, its very personal, you just don't want to admit that you think I am silly and untalented and will ruin your work
Shivaay: it's not like that...I just...I don't want you to be in this business
Anika: why?
Shivaay looked at her for a moment then he just frowned and looked the other way
Anika: answer me
Shivaay: you know Anika, I didn't want to speak about it but the real disrespect was to me, when you signed with Raja the contracts of owning half of his business without telling me.
Anika: it was a gift!!!
Shivaay: what gift? You think you really own anything, he rented this agency, he doesn't have enough money to own an agency, and technically he gave you half the responsibility and made you work in his commercials for free
Anika frowned: at least he trusts me and believe in me enough to do that
Shivaay frowned: you still don't get it, he doesn't think you are talented or anything, he is just provoking me like he always does, I took his commercial, so he took you to prevent me from having the commercial, he knows that I will be so mad, so did he care if I will be mad at you? No he didn't, because he doesn't care, he is using the naive girl that everyone uses freely because she always forgives and asks for more!
