[Year 1530]

“A book about the legendary ship!” I spoke. “I want a book that talks about the legendary ship!” For a moment the bookkeeper was stunned about what I said. “a deep apologies sire, but I do not possess that kind of book.” The librarian replied. Of course, I was furious. How come a library this big and notorious across England cannot even have a piece of book. “You know what, forget it!” I refer. “There is nothing good about this library anyway.”

As I turn my back and almost went outside, a girl shouted my name. “August Collins!” she shouted. As I turn my head to perceived who it is, she approached me and greeted me. “It’s been three years, is it?”. It was Carole or should I say it in a formal tone, princess Carole of Luxembourg. “Ah! It’s you!” I laughed. Seriously, I do not like talking to her. Amongst all people why is it her. But of course, as a royal, I should stand and make a poise. “It sure is been a year isn’t Carole?” I uttered.

She walked straight and sat on a bench near a tree. She pulled her hand fan and slowly swings it on her face. “Now tell me, why does this legendary ship interest you so much?” She inquired. For that moment, my heart beats faster than it ever been before. It is been prohibited by my parents to discuss such insignificant concern and I am a bit worried Carole will do a stupid scene about it. So, in order for her not to notice, I just smile and sat beside her. “Literature” I uttered. Carole was flabbergasted.

“Really, literature?” She questioned interestingly. “Since when did you find literature interesting?”. Seriously, she is not making any point. Of course, literature is very interesting. You will learn a lot of different things. “Because it provides you knowledge and it will help you learn history as well.” I uttered in a loud voice.

“Now if you excuse me princess Carole, I have better things to do.” I added and walked straight away from her.

I walked and walked until I started to feel exhausted so, I paused myself. “Walking too fast surely is tiring.” I said to myself. “There you are!” someone shouted.

I looked at my back at it was my uncle. William Collins. My father’s brother. “I have been looking for you!” he said angrily. I could not say anything because of shame. I did not ask for permission earlier and no one knows I am going to the library. “Hurry, your father is worried.” He said and walked straight forward away from me. I followed him and we went directly at the castle where my father, the king, is sitting on his throne.
