I was tired of being alone and I really wanted to leave, but If I leave it could hurt many people. For god sakes it's the damn apocalypse everyone gets hurt. After some long debating I finally came to conclusion. I walked into the now empty lab and wrote every thing needed for the vaccine and all the needles with doses next to the papers. I grabbed my bag and walked out of the room. It was night time so no one would expect it. I snuck down the stairs but at the door was two guards. I stood up straight instead of slouching.

"Hello, I have to go tell patient 2 that her test will be at 4:00 pm. Could I do that?"

I asked with a smile. They looked at each other and nodded then let me out. I thanked them. And once out of sight from the guards I began running. Little did I know a blue man was trailing behind me on an ATV. I was on the bridge in the middle. I saw Murphy and one soldier on one end, and on the other side was his little pet and another soldier.

I started breathing hard. They drove closer and then got off and began walking to me.

"No.No.No."

I mumbled. Murphy stood infront of me.

"Y/n, why would you do this? We had trust built and now you've broken it. You just betrayed all of those people."

He said.

"Murphy you don't understand, Warren and them are like family."

I said.

"And I'm not family?"

He asked.

"N-."

I was cut off by him.

"I may have said some stuff in the past, but you know me. I break a few hearts,trusts, and friendships."

He said. I was breathing hard and tears were now falling down my rosy cheeks.

"No! Murphy you said you wouldn't! Please don't!"

I sobbed yelling. I walked back until I hit the railing. He walked closer. It had rained and the railing was wet and slippery.

"Murphy, please. I'm so scared."

I sobbed.

"You'll probably never trust me again.I'm sorry Y/n."

He said. That's when he pushed me back. I fell backwards and let out a yell as anyone would do. My bag was water proof. I looked up at the bridge and saw Murphy looking down on me before turning his back. I kept choking on water. Finally there was a big rock. I climbed on it to catch my breath. I threw my back as far as I could and got it on shore. I swam over and just laid there for a good 2 more hours. That's when the sun was rising. I changed into a different outfit which consisted of my boots, leggings, and a blue sweater. I only had my gun which would take a bit to dry out or even work. I began running for what felt like miles. Until I came across a road. On that road was a red car heading straight towards me. I had no time to get out of the way so it ran into me. My body slung onto the road and they slammed on their breaks. My head hurt and I felt warm blood coming down. I was faced down.

"Thats not a Z."

I heard a familiar voice said. I felt myself be turned to face up but I was losing vision.

"Y/n? Y/n!"

I heard another voice yell. I was shaking. My head hurt and I couldn't see anything but I wasn't blacking out. Tears began falling down my face.

"I can't see! I can't see anything!"

I sobbed. The person grabbed my hands.

"Y/n you need to calm down."

I heard the same familiar voice say.

"Warren?"

I asked while taking deep breathes.

"Yes, Y/n it's us."

She said.

"You guys need to stop Murphy. He is trying to make a cure and it drives him crazy. He craved Brian's when they are out in the open now. And Dr. Merch committed suicide in the zombie moat because of it."

I said.

"O-Okay. Y/n you need to lay down and try and get your vision back."

Warren said. Her and another person picked me up and brought me to a car and laid me down.

"Don't move to much or you'll hit 10k and Doc."

Addy said. I'd recognize her voice from anywhere.

"He's alive? 10k's alive?"

I asked.

"Yeah. We found him and Doc about an hour ago."

Hector said.

"I thought Murphy's bitch surely got him."

I said. I felt the car start but after awhile they said we had to go on foot.

"Y/n can you see again?"

Warren asked me.

"Kinda."

I said.

"Enough to walk?"

She asked.

"Yeah."

I said. We got out and that's when I heard 10k wake up and got out the car. I felt a pair of hands touch my face.

"Y/n?"

I heard him ask.

"Hi 10k."

I said.

"When did you get out?"

He asked.

"Last night. I was on the bridge and he was gonna bite me, but he changed his mind and pushed me off the bridge into the water."

I said.

"She can't see anything."

Doc said.

"What, why?"

He asked.

"Warren ran me over."

I said.

"Well let's start walking."

Hector said. We did begin. We ended up going to a weird place where they mentioned something about a red hand.

"What's the red hand?"

I asked.

"It's a group of wild rampaged people and they spray paint red hands everywhere and get revenge on their enemies. They are also stealing Hectors old name."

Addy said to me. I nodded. That's when I heard Murphy's voice. We got into a car to follow the truck that met out his annoying voice. They soon found that the red hand had also gotten the truck and it was stuck in saying "Fear".
