"I have seen once again Naime Sultana in the Summer Gardens. Later I saw Kemankes Pasha also there. Something is suspicious there to me, Sultana," Haci-aga said to Kosem Sultana when they were discussing in her chambers. Kosem didn't seem to like the fact her daughter talked with Kemankes.

"I won't allow them meeting, it's forbidden," Kosem said being really angry on her daughter what surprised Haci.

"But Sultanim, you know Naime Sultan will have to remarry. Maybe this is perfect opportunity for you to marry her with Kemankes and have even greater power as Grand Vizier would be your son-in-law? He is also your loyal man," Haci said to Kosem which was even more frustrated with his words. Haci was very surprised because he didn't expect Kosem to be against marrying her daughter with her loyal man which wouldn't make sense only if Kosem would have some emotions towards Kemankes who was few years younger than her but also those feelings were prohibited for her.

"I won't allow that. Kemankes is my loyal man and he is Grand Vizier and no one can take his position. Instead we should marry Naime with someone who she will turn into a loyal man for us so we have more people around ourselves," she said trying to hide her anger and how she would never let her daughter marry Kemankes.

Kosem want to involve herself really much into the marriages of her daughters and she wanted to be the one who choses their husbands. She married her daughter Ayse every time for a man she wanted to bond her with and make higher influence even though she was Valide Sultan. She had all the power, but she had fear what if Murad would turn against her. Then she would have to use all her loyal men to remove Murad from the throne and on his place throne Kasim as a new Sultan. But the problem was also Bayezid who was Gulbahar's son and he was very loved by the soldiers so he was also one of Kosem's fears.

"I am enough of Atike and Gevherhan fighting over Silahtar. I don't love Silahtar and I don't want to allow him to have any more power than he has now, and if he becomes my son-in-law, he will gain a lot of power," Kosem said once again angry and nervous as her daughters' loves made only problems to her.

Silahtar was very loyal to Murad and to no one else. He showed his respect towards Kosem, but she knew he wouldn't be ready to serve her rather than Murad and marrying one of her daughters for him wouldn't bring her any good instead one man who she couldn't get rid of because her daughters love him.

"Then who do you think about your potential son-in-law Sultanim? Only people who aren't loyal to you are Silahtar Pasha and Deli Huseyin Pasha, also Sinan Pasha but I really doubt about his loyality to anyone else," Haci said but Kosem didn't really listen a lot since she was occupied with the fact about Kemankes' and Naime's closeness and meets which she really didn't want to happen again.

"Atike, how are you?" I asked my sister as I entered her chambers and she seemed to be really happy after she saw me. I wanted to know more about their fight since Mehmed spent time with them and he was sad after that so I knew relationship between her and Gevherhan isn't really well anymore as it used to be.

"I am fine, but Gevherhan really made me angry. She wants to marry Silahtar and she says she won't be able to live without him and if Sultan doesn't allow her to be happy this time. I don't know why she thinks she has privilleges and she should chose because I want to be with Silhatar," Atike said with so much jealousity in her voice as she was always jealous on Gevherhan and she was really childish so this was nothing new from her.

She thought every time brother and mother would allow her to do whatever she wants because she is the youngest daughter and she is really spoiled because of all of that.

"We all know it's hard for Gevherhan after Murad killed her husband and left her son Selim fatherless. You shouldn't be angry on her because of that because you know she has never been the privilleged one," I said seriously to her as her smile dropped because she thought I would side with her in this situation but little much she knew how my heart was breaking every time I saw Gevherhan sad and I didn't want her to be sad.
